Extremely soft and light blanket
This is perfect as a second layer with my comforter when it’s chilly and I imagine it will be perfect on it’s own in warmer months. Washed up just fine and became even softer. I like that’s it’s cotton, and it’s sturdy enough that my dogs can’t pull threads from it. The color is very pretty too.

I am what you call a ‘hot sleeper’ and I searched for quite awhile for a cotton blanket for the summer months. One after another I had to return them. One was too heavy, one wasn’t cotton as listed etc.And then I found this one. Wow, what a difference it makes! Our summers are very humid and on top of that I live directly across from the lake … my apt is so humid that all of my book covers curl up.If I use my regular comfy blanket I feel like I am sleeping in a plastic bag and I wake up sweating uncomfortably, even with air conditioning on. But when I use this cotton blanket, I am not sweating at all. Dry as a bone! 🙂 It is lightweight & breathable and soft enough. I am used to my comfy cozy blankets so compared to those this feels kind of thin, but it feels comfortable enough and since I don’t want to wake up drenched, I will happily use this blanket.It washed up beautifully, I put it in the dryer and it came out great. It comes pre-washed and didn’t shrink at all. There was no odor when it arrived. I ordered the light tan color & it looks great on my bed as a decorative throw. I got the larger size throw as I didn’t want a full size blanket. As I am only 5′ tall, it is perfect for me to sleep with.
