A friend recommended this because I work long hours & the food & water dish I previously used would be almost or all the way empty by the time I would get home – These have worked out great & I have no worries about kitties having food/water – Just the right size for small to medium pets – easy to fill up – well worth the money – containers are not heavy – when food gets low it does hover around the rim & I’ve had no issues with the water dispenser filling up the bowl below

I use mine for the cat when we have to be gone for a few days I feel his water and his food dish and I don’t worry about him having enough to eat got a lot of volume in there so I could be gone a week and he’d still have water and food and he’s a big fat boy the thing is you have to make sure you use filtered water depending on your water treatment plant otherwise you get kind of a green stuff in the water so I just use filtered water from the refrigerator when I fill it up and that took care of the problem but they work very well if you have a small dog I have a hound and a pointer and the dishes a little small for them but they can still eat the cat food but they’re made for small dogs or cats

I have been using these dispensers since they arrived (& were washed :)). The food is a no brainer and easy to use. The water can be a bit tricky. I stand the container upside down, fill it with water, press the water bowl firmly into place. (It doesn’t really click into place, but you can feel when it is seated.) Then I flip the whole thing over. If seated properly water starts to fill the bowl, easy-peasy. It does feel a bit cheap so question with how long it will last. Not sure that I would buy it again.

Love the fact I only have to fill the water once a day and the food every 4-5 days. Wish the container bottles were a heavier plastic, seem cheap. Bottoms are great and right size.

Not worth it
The food dispenser worked perfectly, but the water left something to be desired. From the get go it didn’t release any water until I pushed down firmly, so I thought I just didn’t have it snapped in properly. The next morning I looked and the water bowl was dry. The only way for me to get the water out into the bowl is to either push down hard on the water bottle or squeeze the sides. Glad I didn’t just trust the product to work because my dog would have been without water for days while I was attending an out of state funeral. I live in Florida so that’s not acceptable.

I have three cats who seem to nibble throughout the day! I am a senior and I always found it difficult and messy to pour dry food into bowls on the floor. I looked at several auto feeders and they require a plug or a battery. The gravity system is so sensible and affordable I don’t know why anyone would spend more.They are durable and keep the feeding area tidy and dry. The clear Hoppers show me when supplies are getting low and it’s a cinch to replenish! Highly recommend for cats or small dogs

The size is good holds enough dried for for a couple of days. I noticed that the food stays around the sides and doesn’t slide down into the bowl, I have to shake the top. The plastic top is very light plastic, you can squeeze it, not as sturdy as the previous feeder I had been using. The water fountain looks good, haven’t seen cats use it after so many months, but I keep refreshing it. I also have a large bowl of water for them. I bought these when I went away for vacation and wanted another feeding station for the cats.
