Not quite right for me, very strong suction, but seems to be a good quality product
I’ll start by saying that I am new to cupping, so this was a bit of an experiment for me. I like that the packaging and instructions are pretty clear. I also like that it came with a remote control, so if you’re using it on a part of your body that is not as easy to reach, you can still control it easily. I also like that it comes with three different “cups” so that you can choose the one that works best for you.That said, there seemed to be a few drawbacks. Firstly, there weren’t any actual instructions on how to do cupping. It just explained what all the buttons were and how to adjust the suction, temperature, etc. So I did need to go do some searching to figure out the details. This wouldn’t be an issue if you’re already familiar with cupping, though. Secondly, the default suction setting is 3 (and the range is 1-20). I like that it starts on a low setting by default, but the suction still seems very strong at 3, and even 1, so I think they could set the default to 1 and then let you increase it from there if needed. Granted, I don’t have much experience with cupping, but it seems like starting off with a gentler suction would be a better option.I do also like the fact that it comes with a remote control, but it seems like the remote needs to have a direct line of sight to the top of the device in order to work. For example, I tried this on my shoulders and upper back, but the remote didn’t work unless I reached it way around my back so it pointed directly at the top of the device (which was, as you might expect, a bit awkward, and mostly defeats the purpose of having a remote).Overall, I’d say this device helped me understand that cupping just probably isn’t for me. If I had a chance to try it again, I’d see if there were a different device with much gentler suction.That said, if you are more familiar with cupping and don’t mind a stronger suction (or maybe it’s just a normal amount of suction for cupping and I’m just not used to it, I’m not sure), then this might work well for you. I’d say it would probably work best on the front of your body or wherever you can reach the controls easily (or wherever you can put it that the remote can easily point at the top of the device). The product itself does seem to be of a good quality (pieces fit together well, can be cleaned easily, and do not give any impression of “cheapness”). So, this could be a good choice if the couple of downsides I mentioned above do not bother you.

Strong Suction
First of all, this set is for someone who already has some experience with cupping. There are instructions, but they cover the basics of how to use the device. The actual therapeutic uses is something that needs to be researched. With that said, this is a good cupping device. The suction is very strong. It will leave red marks where you use them, but that’s to be expected. The red light is a nice addition you don’t find with other cupping devices. The device is rechargeable and has 3 different cup sizes.Remember, do some research if you are not familiar with cupping. Another reviewer complained that that device left red marks. They don’t understand how cupping works. Cupping therapy typically leaves temporary marks on the skin that resemble bruises, which are considered normal and usually painless; these marks are caused by the suction breaking tiny blood vessels under the skin, and they fade within a week or two

Cupping from the comfort of your own home
In a house full of athletes, this home cupping kit really comes in handy! The suction is much stronger than I expected for a home kit, so I’d recommend starting conservatively, particularly if you are new to cupping. This is super easy to use on yourself, but you still might need help getting it started in the hard-to-reach areas. And as always with cupping, expect it to leave a bruise. (This photo shows a bruise about a week out. It was much darker a few days ago.)This comes with different sized cups, which is nice for different areas of the body. The remote is convenient as well, for getting it starting, adjusting the suction, or releasing it if it gets to be too much. One thing to note, though, is that the remote has to point straight to the top of the suction device. This isn’t a big deal for some areas, but while suctioning the back of my shoulder on my own, it was awkward to reach far enough to point it straight to the top of it.
