My 80 year old parents love it!
I bought this for my parents to have in their new home. They like to listen to music, but needed something simple that wouldn’t take up a lot of room. They love the ability to just ask to play a particular style of music, or a specific artist or radio station, the ability to get the weather forecast and outside temperature so my dad knows whether to pack an extra jacket for golf, and setting reminders and alarms for themselves. They have this in the corner of the kitchen and they use it every day.Once I was able to set it up for them, it’s pretty easy to use. It’s small but puts out high end sound. I’ve had other family members see it and ended up buying one for themselves.

I love these devices! I particularly love how loud the alarms are. Its hard to find alarm clocks that actually will wake my kids up, these work! My little one can communicate with me while I’m at work or running errands. Super easy set up. I ordered more for my parents so they can video call the kids! this is the perfect bedside device!

Works great however I was spoiled after first getting the 8. It looks much smaller in comparison however works the same and no issues. Little to small for functional scuff like recipes and such like watching videos – well for me anyway. Using for my nightstand so happy overall with the purchase- Definitely recommend you get the base with the integrated power hookup.
