I’ve been looking for this product/shade foreber
Where has this lip balm been my whole life? I was a long stan of burts bees tinted balm in dahlia before they changed the formula and then I got converted via tiktok to the clinique black honey but it is $$$ so this $7 dupe is amazing and goes on so smooth and you can build it up for more color or just put a little on and rub it in for a natural lip color. I know this is their darkest shade but just trust me!! It goes with all skin types.

Who needs black honey?
This lip balm is *exactly* what I was hoping for when I bought it. e.l.f. is a personal favorite brand and when I saw that they carried what could easily be mistaken for Clinique’s viral sweetheart Black Honey, I had to try it.IT IS PERFECT.The wear is nice, the texture is smooth, my lips feel soft after using, and it suits me whether I put on one swipe or layer on 4. This is an amazing solution to anyone who doesn’t want to wait until Black Honey is available or doesn’t feel like paying an arm and a leg to paint a lip. HIGHLY recommend.

Comfortable, nice subtle color & shine!
This balm in the color Lovely is exactly that: lovely! I do like the way this feels and looks on my lips. I specifically bought it to wear over a lip liner that I find especially pretty. I slightly over-line my lips, then color them in. The color is very beautiful, but my poor lips feel very dry, and there is a very dry, matte finish which is not what I want. So I apply this over the pencil and it provides a soft shine and makes my lips feel more hydrated.The only downside for me is the scent and taste! I think this is supposed to mimic pineapple. I like pineapple as much as the next person, but I would be much happier without this artificial flavor and scent! Still I put up with it because it looks so pretty, and is so comfortable on. Iâd buy it again.

Feels wonderful, great colors
Feels like a high quality lip balm, colors pretty much like a lipstick (more opaque than a lipgloss would be). The shades as shown in the photo of stripes across the arms of people of 3 different skin tones seem to be fairly accurate. My daughter & I have bought 3 colors so far (1 for her, 2 for me) and love them all.

Not A Black Honey Dupe For Me
I just recently purchased this because like a lot of other ladies, Iâm sure, I read that it was a dupe for Cliniqueâs black honey. I have purchased black honey before and for me this isnât a dupe. This is a nice lipstick as far as being moisturizing. I like the feel of it on my lips but the shade was a little disappointing. Black honey on me is the best berry shade, a combination of red and purple that somehow melds together beautifully and works. This fell short in that it leaned a little too purple and just wasnât as flattering. I wouldnât call this universally flattering like black honey is. Iâm sure this will still be flattering on some ladies, but for me, it was a fail.

If you are looking for a way more affordable version of Cliniques tinted balm, Black Honey, look no further. This goes on just as smooth with just as deep of a tint. It does wipe off a little faster, but considering Clinique isn’t a lip stain or tint, it’s not that much of a difference. So happy to finally have this!!!

I used this lip balm for a few months and here are my thoughts:I reallyyy loved the color, pigment, and texture of this lip balm!! It is very affordable too. The ONLY con i would say is that it doesnât last on ur lips for too long, you have to reapply consistently. Other than that, itâs 100% worth it. And super cute to have

Clinique Black Honey Dupe
I love to discover Greek dupes. I always used to wear clinique black honey and wanted to try a dupe for it. So I did some research and found that elf makes this one; it’s a great color shade, more on the berry end. I don’t love how it applies- the color does not apply evenly. So you have to go over it a few times. It really is a great dupe for the price especially. It’s super close to the clinique, feels really great on and wears for a long time.
