I bought this for a friend of a friend’s daughter, who assured me they were struggling and she would appreciate any help with gifts for said daughter. I bought this and had it sent directly to them. I also bought 2 other things for them too. I’d never met this person but you know, I was there once too. Even though they knew it was from me, I never received any acknowledgement or anything. Bummer.I’m sure the pallette is lovely. Probably.

I actually bought this palette because I saw a tutorial for an eye look that l loved on YouTube and unfortunately, the palette that the artist used has since been discontinued. This looked like it had the variety of warmer matte brown tones that I needed to try to replicate the look. I opted to try it out. The medium-ish colored transition shades do need a bit of building up, which takes a little more time than Iâd like but not a huge deal. I find the darker shades difficult to work with. Theyâre like overly dusty and patchy. Iâve tried multiple times, every time having an issue and never really getting them as blended out as Iâd like. I do have another palette that has shades very similar to 3 of the darker semi-cool toned shades, so will be using those from now on instead. Iâve also tried to use 2 of the super light shades as just a lid color. And no matter what brush I used, it doesnât seem like it distributed well. Neither covered the lid like I like (again both overly dry and patchy) so I will be using those from another palette I own, as well. That being said, I am not super wonderful at doing eye make up, so it could somewhat be user error, but Iâve tried different methods and canât seem to get them to work out the way I want. Regardless, for a $10 palette, I still think itâs a decent value. Not sure if I will be repurchasing when Iâm out, but itâs certainly still an option.

Gorgeous colors! I love ELF!The delivery driver threw this at my door, I heard it hit. The matte white powder was damaged. Thereâs about 90% of the matte white left and still packed so Iâll keep it. Way to make it durable Elf! I order makeup in the mail about 50% of the time, this is the first itâs come damaged. I love the mix of shimmer and matte. This is a fun color palette for spring!

I tried this palette for the first time today and I love it! The colors go on easily and blend well. I created a great look, using eye primer underneath. I can’t wait to experiment with more of the shades.

This was my second purchase and even though I purchased the same name of the product color set all the colors are different and more gold. I am not out of the previous one but the color that I really loved and used until it is nearly gone is not the same therefore I am extremely disappointed. I doubt that I will purchase again because who knows how they will change the eye shadow colors again.
