Tastes better than Liquid IV to me
It’s weird rating a hydration powder five stars, but here we are. A friend gave me some of their Liquid ID packets at a convention, and I felt like they really helped me stay hydrated since I often forget to drink water when I drink. However, I didn’t like the way they tasted.So here’s a short comparison between the two.Liquid IV:- 16 sticks cost $25.99 on Amazon.- Donated a serving of hydration powder with every purchase.- Has a lot of different flavors but doesn’t appear to have a variety pack.- Boasts 3x the electrolytes.- Alleges 2x faster hydration than just water.- Add to 16 oz. of water (a typical water bottle size).- 11 grams of sugar in each packet.DripDrop:- 16 sticks cost $18.99 on Amazon.- Has different variety packs.- Boasts 3x the electrolytes and half the sugar of sports drinks.- Alleges 2-3x faster hydration than just water.- Add to 8 oz. of water (so two for a full water bottle).- 7 grams of sugar in each packet.When I tried Liquid IV, there were a few flavors I didn’t like, so when it came time to find some hydration powder of my own, I wanted something other than Liquid IV. DripDrop’s flavors in this variety pack are all surprisingly tasty. I normally don’t like watermelon, but I thought their watermelon flavor was good. The lemon flavor (which I didn’t like in Liquid IV) didn’t taste acrid or overly citrus, but subtle, so I also enjoyed that flavor.Both Liquid IV and DripDrop help prevent hangovers, in my personal experience. I mostly drank these while drinking, but I’ve also occasionally used them when I work out or when it’s overwhelmingly hot outside. The key is spacing out your alcohol consumption and drinking an entire water bottle of this stuff before drinking another drink. I drank 2-3 of these a day when I was drinking, usually one in the morning when I woke up and two more when I was drinking.You should experiment with your body and typical alcohol consumption to find what works for you! I am petite, and I don’t drink much, so 2-3 worked well for me. And that’s half of what they recommend since DripDrop’s hydration packets are for 8 oz of water, instead of Liquid IV’s already pre-measured water bottle 16 oz size. Because of that, I’d say DripDrop is probably best for petite folks, whereas Liquid IV may work better for larger folks, athletes, and those that drink more than a few drinks at a time. But for me, DripDrop is perfect!

Great tasting hydration
I recently went through the IVF process of having an egg retrieval. They recommend afterwards to drink hydration packets to help minimize fluid loss. I tried multiple brands and hated them all, they all tasted like chemicals and pure salt. Dripdrop is the only one that actually tastes like a fruit drink. While it has a lot of sodium in it (as is the point of these drinks) you could not taste it at all. I love that this came with multiple flavors to try. Itâs definitely high quality. The packets are perfect to throw in my purse for hydration on the go. Iâm an oncology nurse and hydration is something a lot of my patients struggle with. I plan on recommending these drinks to my patients from now on.

Good energy boost
This is my favorite electrolyte drink so far. Im a licensed massage therapist, so physically and energetically my job can get draining. Drip drop gives me a nice little boost when I start to feel like I am dragging at work. Good energy level and the product is not too sweet. I enjoy the flavors.

Edit: The seller contacted me promptly and sent a replacement. Great customer service! This is my second time buying this variety pack. I thought Iâd give it a second chance; just in case the first was a fluke. All of them are great except the orange. Both times I ordered it the orange flavors were clumped together and had to be broken apart to pour into my water. This item cannot be returned, so I thought I would warn the next person looking to buy this variety pack.

Tastes Better Than Alternative Brands
My spouse loves these drink mixes over any other brand.
