I love that these have no bad ingredients in them, like maltodextrin and no hidden ingredients either. The quality is very nice. The powder mix very well . I like the smell, and the value for the money is excellent. They keep me very well hydrated, and no keto flu . The flavors arenât bad either. I bought this sample pack to see what flavors I liked with the intention of purchasing a tub of my favorite flavor. The problem; I really enjoyed a majority of the flavors. Here is a rundown of the flavors, and what I thought of the taste;Raspberry and Lemon-You can taste both flavors in this drink. It was very goodLemonade-Not sure why there are some haters here, but the lemonade was very good. It tasted like a mild lemonade, with no aftertaste.Orange-Really liked this flavor. It tastes pretty much like McDonalds Hi-C orange.Strawberry Lemonade- It does taste like strawberry and lemonade. Very good.Pomegranate and Cherry-This was horrible. I was bummed because I love pomegranate seeds. This tasted like watered down, stale blood. I threw away all 4.Tangerine- Very good. Tastes like Fanta orange soda that’s non-carbonated.Grape-Ok. Go with me on this one. It immediately tasted like blueberry lemonade, but 3 seconds later, the aftertaste is grape Kool-Aid. Can too much potassium at once causes headaches? Add a bit of salt
I rarely write reviews for any product but thought I’d share my thoughts on this one. I’ve been 100% keto since July 2019 and as such, I’ve been using electrolytes almost 3 years. I enjoy learning from Dr Berg and so I thought I’d try his electrolytes (I typically favor Perfect Keto and recently, Keto Vitals). Lots of complaints about the price in the reviews but this product is comparable to other keto electrolytes.I took a full packet of Dr Berg’s electrolytes in a 16.9 ounce water bottle for the past few days. Each time, I had a horrendous headache 10 – 15 minutes later. I’ve never experienced this with any other keto electrolyte. The Potassium seems extremely high and not balanced with proper amounts of magnesium or sodium. Is this the cause of the headache? I do not know but all the other ingredients are nothing new to my system. I am not prone to headaches and had not had even one for months before taking this electrolyte powder.Today I did an experiment and only used 1/2 a pack in a 16.9 ounce water bottle and added a good hefty pinch of Himalayan pink salt. No headache. 4 hours later I took the rest of the packet along with another pinch of salt. No headache again. So I will continue to use the electrolytes in this manner but once you cut the amount used in half, you lose half the flavor (which was actually pretty good at the full dose). I feel this product could be drastically improved if the amount of potassium per packet was reduced to 500 mg and the salt was increased. Not sure if I will buy again because the only way I can take it is if I dilute it to the point where there’s barely any flavor. I hope my review helps others who may be experiencing headaches when using.

I’ve been repeat ordering this for probably 6 months or so now. I have one DAILY right after my morning coffee. It doesn’t break my fast & provides what ya need. Nothing artificial & the only brand I trust for electrolytes.

Gritty but palatable
Product tasted okay, not great. Little too sweet for my taste, and I don’t think the magnesium, potassium and sodium is quite balanced right, at least not for my needs after trying several other products. I also was not a fan of the gritty aftertaste especially after shaking multiple times while consuming. The very bottom in particular was gritty.I find LMNT there’s better suited for my particular bodies needs.Our love Dr Berg and his videos, this product just isn’t the right fit for me.

Convenience, Variety & Hydration
I think it’s worth paying a little more for these handy little packets rather than scooping it from the jar. I only use half a pack for 24 oz of water because they are too sweet for me. Mind you I don’t have a sweet tooth, and don’t consume a lot of sugar, so that’s just my tastebuds. I’m hydrated and happy!

I bought these in the hopes of it helping with nightly leg and feet cramps, and it definitely helps, so VERY satisfied with that result. It is however very pricey. Will look into the bulk options due to price, but like the flavor variety and the portability of the packets.
