Great pad at a great price.One of the best things about this product is that you get three covers for the foam pad. The first is the inner, waterproof cover, and then you get two separate, different out covers. So, if you’re washing one you can put the other one on right away, no waiting.These are super-warm and comfy for the dogs, and fit perfectly in their large crates.Bottom Line: good product, beloved by owner and doggies. Recommend.

I have 3 of these beds and am getting ready to order 2 more. I have 2 on the back patio for their outdoor time, and the waterproof covers are excellent to protect the insert if a big rain blows in. The dogs that use them are a 106# chow/sheperd mix and a 65# lab, and both rest comfortably on this size. The ones I’m ordering now are to replace 2 West Paw Designs beds that were very expensive. Although the covers are very sturdy & plush, the fill insert flattens in the middle in about a month so the dog has no support, which is the point of a bed in the first place. This is the ONLY dog bed I’ve ever purchased that was EASY to slip the cover on & off, which is due to the nylon waterproof interior cover. Excellent! And then, because my dogs are such shedders, I discovered that a crib sheet fits it perfectly (with a little overlap on the end I just tuck under). There are beautifully designed crib sheets at Target that I use to customize their look for the room, and I just slip them off and launder once or twice a week. And that is even easier than washing the zippered cover, so the bed covers are always fresh. There’s no dip in the beds I have after months of use. I compare the quality to our Tempurpedic bed, just in dog size. These are just great beds, and compared to the 2 beds I’m replacing, I can get 2 of these for the price of 1. We all love them!

He deserves something really nice, right
Ok, I looked at dog beds in the stores, online for DAYS before deciding on this. My senior dog only had a cheap bed with the “stuffing” from sams club and it’s all uneven. I was concerned about his spinal alignment, sore old joints and stiff muscles. He deserves something really nice, right? At pet stores the otho beds are such cheap overpriced crap that collapse under the smallest weight. This bed is REAL memory foam. It comes in a box and you will have to give it a day to “fill” but when it’s done it’s pretty nice. I laid on it and was comfortable lol. My dog is pretty tall and long, not as big as a dane but close so I got him the 37×57. Its huge! He can stretch out with room left. You don’t sink straight to the floor, it’s very dense memory foam, not topped with memory foam with cheaper foam under. The micro suede cover is really soft and nice. The zipper is high quality metal. The water proof cover that goes under the micro suede is awesome, next time the cat gets mad at the dog and pisses on his bed maybe it will be saved lol.UPDATE!March 12th 2017 Jerimiah passed away. Over the years he received many gifts however, this bed was the best thing I had ever bought him. He was in poor health and slept a lot. I was so thankful to have found such a high quality comfortable bed for him during his senior years. He couldn’t jump on the couch anymore so he was on his bed much of the time. I was just so glad I got him this especially with his ailments. At least he was as comfortable as possible. Best purchase, worth every penny!

Great beds for the price!
I have bought just about every orthopedic bed made as I have owned 6 German Shepherds with arthritis and major joint issues (including hip replacements and TPLOs). I use BIG Barker for their regular beds, but use these in their crates. They have held up really well and my dogs like them. They are firm enough for support after orthopedic surgeries. I have bought 3. For the price point, this is a great bed.

Nice Bed very durable
We got this bed and a cheaper one from a pet store. The older dog seems to like to lay on this bed more. The only reason it is a four star is because the bed is very loud. What I mean is that the waterproof liner, which works very well, is made of a very noisy material, so when the dog walks on the bed or moves around it makes a lot of noise. It seemed to turn the dogs off for a while before they got used to it. The younger dog who doesn’t like strange noises is still a little put off by it, but once they settle down it is quiet. If your dog moves a lot it may not be for you. The memory foam works very well. The bed hasn’t changed shape at all where our other one is sinking in the middle. This bed will last a long time. The extra cover is very nice and allows me to keep one clean all the time. It takes a few hours after unpacking to gain its shape back so just give it time and hope your dog enjoys this great bed.
