Creative Multi-Function Backpack: First Impressions
I recently received this coral orange diaper bag backpack, which doubles as a multi-functional changing station and play mat and would like to share my first impressions.First off, the quality of the canvas is just as expected, and I found that the zippers work smoothly with all the pieces included. The cream-colored accents and gold buttons and zippers really enhance its stylish appearance, while making it a very practical bag. It has two cream colored canvas loops that are to hang from your stroller, which is a nice feature.The instructions for converting the diaper bag into a changing station were super easy to follow. Essentially, you use rods similar to those in a pop-up tent and place one on each side of the netting. There’s even a fun dangle section that comes with three teething toys you can hang from the top of the changing station. Plus, it includes a lightweight netting cover to protect from the sun or bugs, which is a thoughtful way to provide shade and protection. It is very light, but will do the trick.Overall, this is a clever and innovative way to turn a backpack into a secure spot for your child to nap or have a diaper change. However, it does have its limitations. For instance, it wonât be as effective if your child is very active or on the larger side, as babies over about six months old might not fit very comfortably with all that moving, grabbing, and rolling.Another thing to keep in mind is that it takes a bit of time to set up. So, if you’re looking for something to use for quick changes on the go, this may not be the most practical option. It’s more suited for situations like a road trip where you can leave it open and store it in the back of the car when you need it, or at a picnic or gathering where you’ll be around for a few hours. This is definitely a smart idea for occasions like staying at Grandma’s for the weekend or going camping with friends. I could see it as a back-up if you have a long layover at an airport, something of that nature.

This diaper bag is not only functional but itâs a beautiful color. Itâs called Orange, but itâs really more of a salmon color. Itâs perfectly appropriate for a baby boy or girl.Not everywhere offers a changing table or an impromptu bed for your baby. This backpack contains it all. You can just throw out the pad for a quick diaper change or actually do the setup, which takes a bit of time. The diaper bag backpack holds a lot.I like the impromptu bed that can be utilized in this backpack. Take baby to the park and with this diaper bag, in minutes, youâve got a nice safe little bed for your baby to lie down. There also is a mosquito net to keep bugs off baby. The bag is waterproof and even has a USB charging plug.This would be an awesome gift for an expectant mom or a new mom. The diaper bag that does it all.

Falls over when diaper changing bed extended
OMBRAT Diaper Bag BackpackThis backpack comes with an innovative feature. Zip off the back section, pull it out, and it becomes a baby rest area or changing station. Two collapsible rods go into the long sides to give it stability. Unfortunately, those two rods aren’t enough. The ends tend to collapse down while the bed portion is extended, with or without the velcro-fastened sun shade in place. One good kick will send this entire structure to the ground. See photos. The backpack comes with three silicone baby chew toys which are of a decent quality. The rings that connect them to an arch in the changing table, though, have sharp unfinished edges from the plastic molding. The backpack itself, when fully reassembled, does stand on its own, which is nice, because the design of the backpack is for it to stand. The fabric is a bright salmon color, which Ioved, but it is of mediocre quality. It’s lined with an inexpensive nylon.As far as other design elements, the front pouch opens to hold three bottles and an ungussetted wet pocket. Two exterior pockets hold a water bottle or the like, and one of the bottles has a wet wipes opening down the side. Inside the bag, four narrow pockets and one zippered pocket help with interior organization.I was excited to receive this diaper bag because I love the color and was interested in its changing table feature. However, it was a disappointment. Holding a squirmy baby while unzipping the bag, setting up the changing area, re-righting it when it falls over, and then holding the baby while disassembling the diaper bag and zipping it closed seems to be a lot for a new mom or dad. I wish the diaper table worked better than it does.

This bag is a beautiful salmon color and looks a bit feminine, but could be used for either gender, in my opinion. It is compact and has loads of pockets and storage. The quality is average. The zippers are chunky and substantial, but tend to want to catch on the inner lining of some parts. The bag has a compartment that can be stretched and braced to be used as a baby sleeper in a pinch. It is lined and protects your infant from laying on the floor or ground. I like that feature. It isnât hard to use, you just unzip the end off, expand it, and use the included support rod. I am not overwhelmed by the design, as the bag straps and handles could be wider for better support, but I do love the color and overall look. This is a good bag for on the go. The bag functions as a backpack the way you carry it and the presentation of it. The design makes sense. Diaper bags are expensive, but this one is currently just $35.88. I think thatâs a fair price for a really bright, eye catching, weather resistant bag that carries baby gear. It isnât top end, but it definitely isnât bad for the price.

This diaper bag backpack is a lifesaver! The fold-out changing station is genius â it’s so convenient for on-the-go diaper changes, no matter where I am. The backpack itself is spacious and well-organized, with plenty of pockets for all my baby essentials. The waterproof material is a huge plus, and I love the stylish orange color.
