Delta Children Customer Service
When we received the crib, it had a defect from the manufacturer (Delta) that does not allow us to assemble to crib fully. The material does appear to be very nice quality however trying to get a replacement part is impossible. The customer service from Delta is the worst experience Iâve ever had. We are currently 3 weeks into this process and after several attempts, are still waiting on a reply from Delta. This is a repeat issue if you research Delta Children. If you order any of their products, just hope all the pieces are there and correct, I donât know if weâll ever be able to use it at this point without altering it or buying a new one.

I would review this crib to anyone! First of all, it was SO easy to put together! This is a huge sell for me! It’s also super sturdy. The aesthetic is perfect and goes so nicely in the nursery! I love how this crib will transition as my baby grows 🙂 I just love it so much and am so happy to have it! I feel comfortable leaving my baby in it, as it’s very safely made. I definitely recommend!
