Good computer for the price
Good basic laptop for my work needs. Is a touch screen. Looks brand new

Product as described.
Chromebook as described, in great condition, still functioning strong, even 4 months later. This was a definite upgrade from the Chromebook that our school provided (although it is the same model), this one from K12 sales performs so much better. (and it was cleaner!)

Too underpowered to be useful for anything.
I saw this item for sale used for a good price and I thought it might be useful as a travel laptop: functional, small, cheap enough that it wouldn’t matter if it was broken, spilled on or left behind while traveling internationally. When the Chromebook arrived I checked that it had several years of updates available, and it did. However the Chromebook is too low quality to be any use for anything: the screen is low-res, washed out and awful. The keyboard is so bad it’s impossible to type on: although none of the keys was broken, half of my keypresses (on any key) didn’t register, and it felt like there was sand under the keys. The hardware is hopelessly under-powered for basic web browsing tasks like reading email: having even 2 or 3 tabs open slowed the machine to a crawl. And the laptop isn’t particularly small or light. I pity any schoolchild who has to do homework on this, it’s a terrible experience to use. I returned mine for a refund.

Great but SLOW
If you can get past the small size (11″), this Chromebook is a good buy. The keyboard doesn’t feel cramped at all, screen is fine for work/web/videos and the sound is good and made better with headphones. But it’s *alarmingly* slow. Pages often time out before loading, and I’m spending a lot of time hitting the Refresh button. For a newer Chromebook, and a Dell at that, this is a surprise! I have a truly ancient Dell Latitude laptop running Windows XP that can do some things faster than this, and every other laptop or tablet I’ve used here has been quick to get up and at ’em, so it’s not the fault of my internet connection. This works out OK for me as I’d rather be online less overall, but if you need to be plugged in, something a bit faster might be better for your needs.

Used and perfect!!!
Omg so happy with this purchase. I bought 2 used for my kids. I believe I paid 60$ for each maybe less and there was nothing wrong with them. My kids use them daily and they’ve had them for about 6 months now. I bought used because my kids break everything. I figured even if they last a year ,at that price, it was worth it. But I think they’ll last longer. I definitely recommend trying used first. They work like brand new!!!

Perfect for your little one
I bought this for my four year old Niece to play abcmouse, it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Very easy to use, and to set up for first time use, it also has an option to set up for kids only. IT IS NOT TOUCH SCREEN. But I wasnt expecting it to be. The battery lasts quite a bit longer than a laptop and it doesnt seem to get hot. The size is perfect for what it is going to be used for. I will be back soon to buy another one for my 2 year old niece.

it does its job.
by no measure is this a “nice” computer. Compared to my home PC this thing is a stone tablet. but if you need to submit assignments for school on the go or your class requires you to bring a laptop in for a test or something It does the job.trackpad feels very smooth (texture wise), keyboard is barely passable (mushy), battery life seems good tho.it does its job.

Chrome Book
I like that the price was good plus the Chrome book came in great condition and setup was easy no complaints and the main thing was that my son was happy.

The Chromebook sent is mint! Basically brand new imo. Battery life without cord is fantastic. No sticky keys. Hard to believe it’s years old with the state it’s in. Great buy. Only downside is space but that’s typical for a Chromebook. Can fit school account, Roblox, and Netflix and it’s basically full.

Firstly, the chromebook I received has less ports than the images on the Amazon page. On the Amazon page each side of the chromebook has 1 x USB port and 1 x USB-C port, for a total of 4 ports. On the chrome book I received only one side has ports, for a total of 2 ports.Secondly, the keyboard was filthy. It didn’t go through a basic cleaning process, so my first experience with the device was scrapping gunk off the keys. This wasn’t even regular grey/brown finger keyboard gunk either, it was orangey-red. The only time I’ve seen gunk like this was when I drank too much wine in university and puked everywhere and it was somewhat dry the next morning. Pehaps that’s even what happened to this chromebook. On a possibly related note to the filthy keyboard, the ‘8’ key does not reliably work. It needs to be pressed very hard for the pressing of the key to register. It is possible other keys have this issue, I’ve only noticed the one so far. There is also a crack in the frame above the tracking pad. If everything else was okay, I wouldn’t let this get to me, but a crack in the frame is more than the ‘superficial’ imperfections that were advertised.I would be returning this unit immediately, but I need a laptop in a couple days for work. It does seem like it would be a decent unit if it were new or atleast didn’t have keyboard issues. What I received was clearly not what was advertised.

Delivered on time and performs well but from 2021 so it is a fair value but not a great value. Dell is a good make with a good rating for the model.
