They fit my size-small ADULT face
My prescription glasses are 48-16-130. These are 47-19-131. They’re working great for me, but I try not to look in the mirror because man oh man, the yellow lenses are not flattering to the area around my eyes. I like the material they’re made of and they’re very comfortable, even being a bit tighter than my regular glasses.I can wear them on top of my regular glasses. They sort of sit in front of my regulars; if I use them to watch tv in the evening they look goofy but they work fine. And yes, they do help with the blue light, so that I don’t feel wide awake when I’m supposed to be getting sleepy. Previous to getting these I had been using amber sunglasses which helped with the blue light, but they made everything – including my phone, tv etc – way too dark to really see clearly.So if you’re an adult with a head that apparently stopped growing soon after puberty, I recommend.

Bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and they are still great. My kids have not been gentle with them so the original pair is bent out of shape but they still work and theyâre not broken. I make my son wear this after dinner for any screen time. It seems to help him get tired sooner and sleep better. I have a pair from Gunnar for my in 96% block and I think thay is even better. I think the dark amber is the the way to go.

Like the glasses, but the lenses pop out too easily
I have my kids wearing these glasses for any evening/night technology usage. They fit my kids age three (okay) to nine (very well), and using these along with liquid magnesium drops (instead of melatonin) has improved their sleep. However, we continue to have issues with the lenses popping out. The frames seem fairly durable, but the lenses just keep popping out and then it becomes a search and rescue mission. Iâve had to re-order a pair because we were unable to find the lens from one pair. I wonât reorder another replacement if we lose another and will find another brand. The kids have had dollar store glasses that held up better and these arenât used for play.

My husband and I both use blue light filtering glasses when using the computer or watching TV at night. It’s really helped us get sleepy earlier and reduce headaches. I was so happy to find these for kids. My son loves them and they’ve been holding up well. These do distort the color some since they are the darker shade, but it doesn’t bother my son. They’ve really helped too, he falls asleep faster now as long as I make him wear these in the evenings. I can tell the difference on the nights when he doesn’t wear them.
