Better than advertised!
UPDATE!Iâve used these for about 6 months now and stand by my earlier review. I have noticed a few scratches on the outside of the cookware from being stacked in my cabinets but the inside is still scratch free. Clean up is a breeze, I have never put them in the dishwasher. So if youâre on the fence about this cookware I still recommend it.I bought these for my grandson because I thought they were what he wanted for Christmas but alas! This is not the brand he requested. His mom bought the set he wanted so rather than return these I decided after 35 years of using the same pots and pans I deserved a new set. I am so glad I did! Iâve used them daily since late November and I absolutely love them. Theyâre weighty enough that they can take heat but not too heavy for my arthritic hands to handle. The handles donât get hot on the stovetop and clean up is a breeze. Iâve used so much less oil than I used to when sautéing or searing and the flame doesnât have to be as high (I have a gas stovetop) to get the same cooking temp. Itâs recommended using wooden or silicone utensils with them which is not a problem at all for me since thatâs all Iâve used for years. Iâve not had a problem with any food sticking nor seen any scratches and Iâll admit I stack them inside one another since I donât have the space to hang them.If youâre thinking about these I would definitely recommend them.

Nice set for a decent price
I got this 10-piece set to replace my worn-out pans. The ones in this set are substantial without being as heavy as cast iron. They cook well and are truly non-stick â when frying eggs, I just use a little butter for flavoring. These pans are designed for cooking on low to medium heat â instructions say not to use high heat. They can be used in the oven. And they are attractive, which is nice when I have company for a meal. A nice purchase.

Originally I purchased this set for my wife and I. I liked them so much I purchased a second set for the group home I work at so this will be two reviews instead of one.For those who don’t want to read to the end they are a great set for the money and will hold up IF you don’t abuse them.Home:Our set for home is six months old and doesn’t have a scratch on them yet. They have been great for cooking they can get a decent sear but clean up like a dream. I love that I can throw them into the oven and the weight is good nice so they don’t slide around on the glass top. I have used just about every piece for various reasons and I even use the steamer basket as my colander cause why have two things?We hand wash the pots and skillets only. I have generally found any pan with a coating does not do well in a dish washer. We also only use plastic utensils for cooking indoors. The lids I throw in the dishwasher and they have not had a single problem.Work:The set at work I purchased to the delight of many of my staff. We cook twice a day and having a wide variety of cookware has been great for all of us. This being said they are already starting to scratch. A few of my staff like to cook over only high heat. When I say high heat I mean this is a rapid boil burner for very large pots of water. They over heat the pans regularly then leave them sitting unwashed for hours. I do not blame the manufacturer for this but I was hoping for a bit more out of a set of heavy duty pots and skillets hence the removal of the one star. This set will last us longer then a normal set from the big box store as usually two months for a skillet is about what we get.Tldr; Great pots and skillets if you have the space they are well worth the investment. Just be gentle with heat and cleaning.

Awesome Cookware
This was a gift for myself, as I do most of the cooking, and they are really nice pans. Yes, if you have the covers on for a long period, the handles get a bit warm, but I typically use a towel when cooking so it didn’t make a difference for me.I had an issue with one of the skillets after only a couple of uses, and customer service was excellent in providing a replacement. I registered these immediately for the lifetime warranty after receiving them, and it was pretty simple and quick, as was the process for interacting with customer service.I take very good care of these pans, including hand wash only, no metal utensils, and storing in the cupboard with the cardboard inserts they were shipped in. I believe they will last a long time with proper care. Cooking with them has been great, and cleanup is fast/easy.

Easy to clean, heat disperses evenly when cooking, and quite an attractive set as well. I designed a cookware rack, built, and installed it for this set. Our family loves them! Lightweight, durable, and affordable. You can’t go wrong with Cuisinart quality. I love this set, enough said. (The whisk set was not included, and not all pieces are shown.)
