PLEASE READ EDIT AT THE END.Do not purchase from this seller. Multiple issues with this item. Though the box came damaged, I was still hopeful. Upon opening it was apparent the box had been not only opened, but the item used. It is advertised as new, not used. The LED bar meant to signal battery percentage and charging status was broken upon receiving. The charging station also does a very poor job of charging and causes issues with the port on the controller. After over 18 hours of charging the controller wasnât even charged to 50%. The only aspects of this product that works as advertised are the light at the base of the charging tower and the hanging stand for the headset. Very disappointing purchase.EDIT:After my review was accepted and submitted, the seller reached out apologizing and offered a full refund or free replacement as a solution. Their customer service was excellent, very fast responses and friendly. I received my refund in less than 24 hours. I would consider purchasing from this seller in the future and I do recommend purchasing from them. My issues are resolved!

I bought this yesterday (4/30/23), when I originally plugged it in and set it all up it worked. Today when I set my controller on it the lights in the bar went absolutely insane. I didnât think much about it and was gone all day. I came back to my controller not charged and the lights still going crazy. I took it off the charger and the lights work fine. I put my controller on it and crazy lights⦠my phone wonât even charge anymore when plugged into it. Really annoyed, and will be contacting customer service.Update: I got in contact with the company who makes these and they sent me a new one free of charge⦠Iâve had it 24/hours and itâs working okay. Itâs a little wonky when I set my controller down it freaks out but after about 5 minutes it works like normal.. I will give it some more time before I change my review completely or keep it the same. It was nice if the company to send me a new one though.

Llego en buenas condiciones. Tiene dos entradas usb, una tipo C y otra tipo A. Tiene aparte por atras 2 entradas usb .Tiene modo rgb rojo, azul, verde y parpadeante. Es bastante agradable a la vista. ***Se supone que cuando carga debe prender led verde pero no lo hace, solo parpadea un segundo y se quita.*** No carga el control

This xbox one controller and headphones stand works as intended. The headphone stand part its tall enough to allow more room at the buttom. The RGB lights are in the center and switchable by a single button. The controller charging base is shaped in a way that other compatible controllers may not be directly plugged in because of the countour does not fit. I was able to manage that by using the two usb a ports at the back. One wired to headset one wired to the controller.
