It Works as described, that’s why I gave it the five stars, but I see some characteristics that I don’t like: 1) it has very little capacity for soap (320 ml), which forces you to refill it frequently (depending on the use you make of it, obviously). 2) its horizontal shape forces you to be very careful to make sure it is completely level when it is placed on the wall. 3) It is a bit awkward to refill the soap, so it is advisable to have an additional funnel article or to be disassembling it to refill). 4) The mounting system on the wall is by means of a piece with adhesive which could be an apparent advantage, but over time it may become detached and fall off and there is no replacement included. I can’t comment on the battery life because I have only recently purchased it.Update #1.Two other aspects that I don’t quite like are as follows: 5) the sensor is not very sensitive, so the hand must be passed two inches or less away, otherwise it will not dispense soap. 6) the device is relatively narrow, so you have to place your hand very close to the wall where it is installed and sometimes even touch the wall. There are other devices on the market that are better designed in all these respects. I do not take away stars because I insist, it does what it promises although with many opportunities for improvement.

Although the instructions are relatively clear, you have to fool withthe unit to make it work as you want.I ordered two and one did not work. Amazon immediately sent a replacement which worked.Is solidly built, charges easily and adheres tightly to my painted wall.Works very well and looks good in my bathroom – I love the foam it makes and having a clock handy while I’m getting ready for work.

My wife live it itâs super nice and it holds the charge for long time oven if we use it several times a day, we also love how easy itâs to see when running out of soap cause the big round clear window. Cons. The only bad thing about this dispenser itâs about the sensor when mounted to the wall already it doesnât detect ur motion hand to dispense the soap because the sensor itâalmost hit the wall when mounted.

Clock is a little fast
I bought this product a while ago. The sticker on the wall is still holding up. The only negative thing is that the clock is 10 minutes fast after a week, so you have to adjust it weekly; but other than that, everything else works great.

This soap dispenser had me fooled! It looks good and very easy to use! But after a month or two the lies began to unravel! It cannot hold a charge. First it would hold a charge for a week or so. I reached out to the seller because I could no longer return it, but he ignored me. Now it holds a charge for no more than hours. I reached out to the seller again but once again he ignored me! Waste of money once again! This is about the 5th wall touchless dispenser I’ve bought and it doesn’t work right and stopped working completely. I was hoping this one would be different.
