Such a life saver
No more getting yelled at my cat for food! Holds a ton of food, works perfectly, I never have to worry about it. Easy to clean, well built. The only downsize is that it is a bit loud when dispensing food, but itâs a few seconds so it doesnât really bother us. My husband likes to yell âparty time, kittenâ at the cat when we hear it, so I guess itâs a positive after all.

This is a really nice and reliable feeder.Some improvement requests, my cat can knock the food tray loose and then it falls backwards because it only has 2 legs of its own. The second is that the lid came loose during travel and had spilled cat food in my trunk.

I love how this is elevated and perfect for my dog, which is so hard to find on Amazon. The app is super easy to setup and use. Set schedule (when) and feed number (how much food). It also has an option to dispense immediately.My dog eats normal size kibbles and 1/2 cup per meal. Feed number 6 is about right for half cup.Down side is a bit loud. My dog was scared at first but got used to it after couple meals.

I thought this would be great for a 2 day trip. It works like it states but my cats are not eating the kibble from it. The noise scares them when the food drops.

I bought this due to a weekend trip sans cats. It worked out great. Easy to program. Love that you can add your voice to for that breakfast/dinner call. it is simple to take apart and clean.

It is a lifesaver
My cat has some health issues and is required to be fed small amounts every few hours. This is hard on a personâs sleep schedule, as you can imagine. Iâve been doing it for 8 years until I found this feeder. I give him all his feedings when Iâm awake and I have this set to automatically feed him when Iâm asleep. Setting it up was easy; the app is easy to use and set up a feed schedule; the noise isnât so loud that it scares the cat off. It took him zero time to realize the noise meant food, and he has had no issue with the bowl itself. I like that itâs a raised bowl, too! It holds a substantial amount of food and keeps it fresh. It cleans well and easy. Iâm happy with its performance so far.

The product works well, but the app is really confusing and took some testing to figure out. Just a heads up, âFeed Numberâ is not the sequence, but the amount/portion of food. Otherwise, itâs been a great change for us and helps keep our cat on a munch needed diet.

Can set a lot of meals throughout the day and can change the quantity that comes out. It’s the same quantity that comes out each time, a small serving x serving size. For example, you set it for one serving being 4 x for example, it will simply push out the same small amount 4 times at the time you set it for. The serving size doesn’t change, but the amount of times it comes out does. Works well, has a back up battery. Holds a good amount of food for 2 cats, last for several weeks. Food comes out mostly evenly on both sides. Only small complaint is that for the regular size kibbles, I have to add more quantity to the timer. The bigger the kibble, the smaller the amount of food that gets pushed out, so you may need to up the portion to compensate for this. Really like it, allows me to go away for a while knowing my cats are being fed. Also easy to clean.

** EDIT **The timer function is completely unreliable and the unit stops working as programmed once every 7 days, I thought this was an isolated issue but Iâve had to completely reset the unit, clear the app data and then set it all up as new once a week since buying it, so far the manufacturer has ignored all questions or requests for help with this issue so I would now advise anyone reading this to avoid buying this item and avoid this manufacturer COMPLETELY.I looked through feeders on here for quite a while before deciding which one Iâd take a risk on buying and this was the one I took that risk on, I decided on the 801 model, single bowl version that is app controlled and app programmed- it was on sale for $80.00 Canadian at the time and I had a $10.00 promotional code so I figured what the heck, Iâd try it out.It came well packaged and the instructions were in âengrishâ just as I suspected they would be, they were a chuckle to read but they werenât really necessary and it all went together simply, the only issues I had were figuring out how to program the feeding schedule and Iâll help you out with that below.The schedule runs on a timer, and the feed number releases a quarter cup of kibble per feed, so you set the time and the feed number with the time, itâs that simple. – a number 1 feed will give you a quarter cup, a number 2 feed will dispense a half cup and so on.My cat gets a cup and a half of food per day so I have it set for a number 1 feed 2 times a day (one at 5am so she doesnât need to wake me up, then one at noon so she doesnât eat everything too fast during the day) and finally a number 2 feed once an day at dinner and itâs perfect every time.Itâs quiet and so far has run perfectly on time every day since I got it almost one week ago – if that ever changes Iâll update this review to reflect any issues and what exactly failed if it ever does.If anything changes Iâll update this post and youâll see the words **EDIT** followed by the new information.I hope that helps you all.
