Perfect!
We can now leave the cats alone for more than half the day without worrying about them running out of food or having to ask someone to watch them. Instructions are pretty easy and the device is easy to play around with. Bowl quality is decent, my cats like to lick the bottom of the bowl and the food residue gets stuck at the bottom but not bad.

Broke in less than a year BUT the company gave me a full refund
This edit comes after I gave a 1 star review because the machine broke down after only 7 months. The company reached out right away and gave me a full refund with No strings attached. Apparently kibble larger than 10 mm gets stuck more easily (ours measures 11mm) and they are working on a solution. The machine is easy to program, you dont need to download an app, it has a voice recorder, you can make the bowls higher and it comes with a handy table to help you figure out how much food you need to dispense. On the downside, the volume of food it dispenses is a bit irregular and it tends to get jammed.I would wait till the next model comes out with a fix for jamming problem.I really appreciate the customer service.***original 1 star review***This feeder seemed great at first. It was easy to set up and program, but less than 7 months later it is broken. It is getting jammed with the kibble even though the size of the kibble is correct and i have cleaned it carefully. This feeder is awesome! Even after a year it continues to disperse my cats food reliably! I love that it has 2 feeding bowls and can be set for several meals a day.In planning for a trip I wanted my cats to remain comfy at home with someone checking them daily but they are on a special feeding regimen for health reasons that requires 3 meals a day. I planned far ahead by getting my cats used to this feeder on their counter and just feeding them in the metal bowls by hand then gradually shifted to the automated feeder. The cats quickly adapted and now sit expectantly for their meals at each set time.I love that the amount and timing of the meals can be adjusted and that you can push the feed button to add more.It is easy to adjust and has a back up battery in case the electricity goes out. This item is continuing to function properly almost a year later and has given me peace of mind knowing my cats get their meals on time even if Iâm delayed.The kibble I use is relatively small and works well but I could see where too large of kibble might hinder its function. My only minor critique is that adjusting the clock for the time change was kind of a pain.My cats and I love this feeder and the peace of mind it has given me!

I love this feeder so far. It was easy to put together as it is only 5 peices including the machine. It’s quiet and looks like it will be easy to clean. It’s made very well. The instructions were a bit confusing but not hard to figure out. It works great so far. It has a record button so you can record your cats call. We use “here kitty kitty” and now when it’s feeding time the machine calls them. This was the best auto feeder I found that was reasonably priced.I like that it let’s you feed them up to 6 times although we only use 2. It has a portion sheet that explains how to set it up for the amount you feed which works great. Love love love it so far!!

Okay Feeder
I found the companyâs email on the bottom of my feeder and emailed their support team last night. They were very quick to respond and already have a replacement feeder on the way. Amazing customer service!***This is the fourth exact feeder Iâve purchased from Espelho and the second one that had stopped working correctly. Without the issues, it is a great feeder and pretty reliable. I have had issues with the clocks not matching up and food getting delivered at different intervals, but itâs not that big of an issue. However, this is the second feeder Iâve gotten that has completely stopped working.

Everything assembled easily. The instructions were not as clear on programming the timer, but it was not that difficult to figure out how to get the program to work. The tank capacity is large enough for my purpose and easy to refill. The quantity of food dispensed is barely enough for a pair of hungry cats. The ability to feed four times a day makes up for this. Updated Review: Customer service reached out after reading my review and offered solutions to our issues/lack of a perfect experience. I will say now the machine is relatively an excellent one if you use the right size kibble or like what we use Ziwi dehydrated raw food (smaller the food the better and more consistent it will perform).Upon first few uses, I experienced some difficulties with securing the top bin to the base. It would close with much force, but the. The food amount would be off, or it wouldnât dispense anything at all..unless I pressed the feed button myself. I kept getting the E002 error message every time it went to dispense food.I went ahead and removed the top part of the feeder (food storage) and made sure that the rotating part on the bottom was in alignment with the spout/no food in the slot. Then I aligned the slot on the left side of the feeder and it seemed to connect and fall into place / lock much more easily. I think ultimately if the food container and base are not easily connecting youâll experience issues. Otherwise, no issues since figuring that out.One thing that I did notice is that the dispensing for two bowls is often never equal to each other. I have two cats that can share a bowl of food with no issues, but for people who need to have that accuracy this might pose a problem. Also, with the two way spout, and how close the machine kinda is to the bowls, I find my cats may be not liking their heads touching the machine as they eat. Theyâll eventually eat all the food but they tend to avoid the food closest to the machine as it is kinda awkward for them to reach, I suppose. I appreciate the raised bowls definitely, but if any improvement could be made I think a slightly tilted bowl would help with the food reaching away from the machine better.Overall, when working properly this machine has been very helpful, reliable, and for the discounted price itâs very much worth it. The option for two (raised) bowls with a separating panel is especially thoughtful, but food dispensing between them is not very even.As a side note, the seller was very thoughtful and offered me solutions to remedy the situation after reading my review. My product review remains at 4 stars, but the customer service alone is exceptional.

Two things that I wish were better: it seems to crush some food a bit so you are left with more small crumbs/bits and it doesnât beep when the food reserve is empty. A bit of a learning curve to program it. I like the stainless steel bowls, and the elevated platform they sit in. Locking mechanism is useful if you have clever cats. It is compact and attractive. The divider is good to deter food stealing, wish it were a bit taller.

I bought this feeder specifically because I needed one for 2 cats and one that would not be easily be broken into by one of my little hooligans. I have had it now for several weeks and wish I would have got it years ago! My cats no longer harass me to get out of bed in the morning. No one has successfully broken into it or tipped it over. They took to it immediately. The portions are small but you can set it for how many portions per feeding and there are up to four feeding times that can be programed. I don’t fill up the feeder all at once but it probably holds a regular bag of cat food. The stainless steel bowls are easy to clean. I was also very impressed with the packaging and I feel like I purchased a quality product.
