I cannot say enough good things about these adorable cards. They’re large and easy to handle for little hands. They’re made of nice, sturdy cardstock with one smooth, rounded corner (nice if your kid likes to put things in a certain order) and do not stick to each other. The illustrations are adorable with a nice, bright colour scheme. There’s a nice variety of animals with some don’t always see like llamas and a bison. Lastly, lots of girl characters, which isn’t always easy to find in farm themed item. Oh, and there’s a total of 27 pairs, in case anyone wants to know.I bought this for my 2 year old as an activity on a long plane ride. It was one of the few items she actually really enjoyed playing with and kept her busy for quite some time. She mostly just sorted, stacked and organized the cards but that’s fine by me. We enjoyed learning some new words too, so they can kind of work like flash cards too. We haven’t done the memory aspect yet but we definitely will.
