Great function and value
These work as expected, and at least as good as similar AA battery powered models I have owned. But since these are rechargeable via USB or solar they are far less expensive to run and immediately pay for themselves in one charge or two, compared to purchasing alkaline batteries. The lantern light is very bright and the flashlight is ok but a really usable and convenient bonus feature. Iâve charged them both via solar and USB. I recommend charging initially with USB and anytime they are in frequent use. But leaving them where they will get good sunlight will charge / maintain their charge when not in use. The handles do pop off easily, but also pop back in easily. Overall the performance is excellent and each time I use them after the first time is basically free. You could easily pay as much as the purchase price of one of these At a gas station or camp ground store just for alkaline batteries for other lanterns, but these can charge over and over. Have not subjected to hard use but they have held up very well for a bargain and practically âdisposableâ price.

What is good about these in my opinion:
~Seem to be good solid build, and are easy to use.
~Great for power outages! Small, portable and require little space. Must have in my opinion.
~Bright enough for in home use rather than stub a toe or trip n fall.
~Leave them in a window in each area needed to charge for when needed/no electricity.
~Having multiples e.g. One in living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
I have had two sets of the solar charge for a couple years, and am glad I do. They were very handy during the power outage from Helene. Sorry, I can’t attest to specifics as in how long they burned on charge because I am a miser with these kind of things, and used them as little as possible. Other reviews may give you specifics. I just know how handy and useful they are when you NEED them.

A lot of light for a little package
Really stylish little lantern and torch all in one. Theyvarrived partially charged so I could test them out. I live in the countrywide so no street lights, pitch black. These were great. Just enough brightness to fill our huge open lounge and kitchen area. The one in the bedroom was really bright. The torch has great length for lighting up distance. You can charge via the little solar panel ( around 8 hours) or if you have a c to c USB cable plug it into your phone charger and electric outlet and charge up in around 1 hour. So far I’ve had one on for about 4 hours and still has good light so I cannot attest how long one charge will last . Love the fact I can hang it anywhere. Easy to use just open the side arms and pull up gently and up pops the light, reverse theborder to turn it off. Or push the button and the torch comes on .

Works pretty well, feels cheap
I took four of these on a two-day camping trip, and they performed well in that time. Solar charging appears to work – you can see the indicator light come on when the panel is placed in sunlight. None of the four ran out of charge on our trip, and the lights are plenty bright enough for walking in the dark.
They feel cheap, though – they are indeed lightweight to the point of feeling fragile. One of the metal clasps came off the first time one of the campers unfolded them. And I wish the indicator light indicated when full charge was reached – I wouldn’t trust these as a backup charging device when they supposedly take 9 hours to fully charge in the sun.
Still, for the price I’m pleased with the purchase. More than adequate for a short car camping trip.

These are AMAZING!!!!
We had a power outage once and we had to light candles everywhere. With these, I don’t have to do that. They are compact and lightweight and have a a bright lantern light. They can be charged in more than one way and you can even use them to charge your cellphone. I am going to order more for presents for my family so we can also keep one in our cars, just in case. They are fantastic.

We used these for camping in a completely unlit area last weekend and they were the just right amount of light! Loved that they could double as flashlights. I only charged them using solar power and they lasted a really long time! Happy with my purchase!

Worth buying
I was a bit skeptical ordering, especially for the price. Sure enough there were four of these in the package! I had an upcoming camping trip planned, so I set these out on the patio to charge up in the sunlight. They are lightweight and small, but they put out a great amount of light! You can use them as a flashlight or as a lantern. We used them around camp in the evening and on walks to the campground bathrooms.
They never stopped working in the evenings, and then we just left them on the picnic table during the day to gather sunlight and recharge for the next evening. They worked perfectly for us, but it was a sunny trip. I’m not sure how well they would charge on days with limited sunlight, but there are FOUR of them, so I don’t think it’ll be a problem. Worst case scenario, I’d have to use the charge cord they came with.
Definitely would buy again.

Please do not buy as it will be waste of money and time.
There was good review on this item for set of 4 with delivery charge, so Ordered this item 2 times and was cancelled without informing. Received 3 time, product seemed to be old used as 1 was not charging and one was not working. Asked for replacement. Replacement received but again same issue 1 peice not working or charging so asked for refund.
I did not take a photo but overall experience was very bad for this product.

Good product at a fair price .After testing them out for the first time now . i like all its functions . They work great . i just wish they had a little more battery capacity , but the solar charge time is 5 hrs and thats a decent recharge time . Its what i dont like about other rechargeable solar battery packs. i just hope they last .
