    Bulky heavy
Mamas and papas, if you think this is the stroller for you think again. I thought I had done my research and found the “perfect stroller” I purchased May 24 for baby numbers 2 that would arrive June 24 but I didn’t begin to use it until the beginning of August. I also purchased the car seat attachment for Graco infant car seat. After a month of using this stroller I find it SO bulky and time consuming to take both seats off then fold down the frame which FYI doesn’t stand on its own I drive a small car and completely take over the trunk space. So after a month using it I decided that it’s not for us I reach out to baby jogger and Amazon customer service support and explain my issues and both seem to brush me off and tell me to sell it online. My window to return ended August & explained I didn’t begin to use the product one month after it was bought but wouldn’t make no exceptions. In total with the stroller, second seat and car seat attachments we spent around $850 which is a big purchase so please keep looking if you think you will LOVE this stroller.Side note- the stroller will not fold flat with one seat on so you have to take apart the seat(s) then fold the frame which also is not one handed fold.

    Great Stroller and Customer Service
With baby number two on the way, I was in the market for a double stroller. I researched so many strollers and ultimately decided on this one. I received the stroller within a few days and the box was in perfect condition. Then I opened the box and started assembling the stroller, and realized one of the fold levers on the stroller was bent in half and the frame had quite a few scratches and dings on it. The wheels looked somewhat dirty. It almost looked like the stroller was used. Amazon only offered an option to return and I really didn’t want to return for a refund and purchase another one through Amazon again, so I decided to try giving Baby Jogger a call. After thirty minutes on the phone, I was initially going to be offered to be sent a new frame but the representative said she couldn’t find only a frame to send. Instead, she emailed me a free shipping return label to send the damaged one back and ordered me a brand new stroller at no cost. Their customer service was amazing and it’s enough to keep me as a returning customer. My first stroller was a Bob Revolution Flex 3.0 and I absolutely love that stroller. But with another baby on the way, it was time to upgrade to a double stroller. I was debating between the mockingbird and the city select eco. Mockingbird has only been around for a few years, so the longevity of these strollers was uncertain and I’ve seen a few reviews/videos of how flimsy they feel, or how worn down they feel with time. Baby Jogger on the other hand has been around for years and is a very reputable company producing high quality products.- This stroller folds extremely flat in comparison to the Bob.- The tencel fabric is extremely soft and the seat has a great amount of padding.- The leatherette details against the black frame make this stroller look very high end and beautiful.- Stroller assembly was quick and simple.- Easy to fold and not heavy to pick up and place into my vehicle.- Great amount of room between the two seats- The recline feature on the seats only requires one hand.- The stroller just glides so nicely and is easy to maneuver.- The basket is large and the zipper feature to create more space or make accessibility easier is great.- The weight limit is 45lbs for each seat. How awesome? Strollers that cost much more on the market have a significantly lower weight limit on the lower seat. So this stroller will last you way longer.I can go on and on about everything I love about the stroller. It truly is a really great, high quality stroller that will last and I’m happy I chose this.My only two complaints that I have are that my toddler is under two and her head just about touches the canopy already (but she’s 87th percentile for height). My other complaint is that threading the shoulder straps is kind of a challenge and frustrating.Yes, buying all of the extras for the stroller separately certainly isn’t fun on your wallet. But if there’s one thing I would ever tell a new mom, is that your stroller is one of the most important investments. You truly get what you pay for and this stroller will last you forever, if taken care of properly.Update 11/11: I’ve had a decent amount of time with this stroller to post an update and I decided to dock a star. This stroller is absolutely horrible on anything other than flat terrain. I have used this on grass and gravel and it gets stuck a lot or it’s horribly bumpy. I can’t even take this to a park in the grass because it’ll thrash my infants head around. It’s truly disappointing and I’m really thinking of getting rid of it to purchase a double Bob. If you need a stroller for just city living and walks on flat surfaces, it really is a great stroller. But if you need something that can go on even the slightest of bumpy paths, or in a park, pass on this. There’s zero shock absorbency in this stroller.

    Love the versatility!
Just got it in the mail, so I haven’t been able to test it out yet, but I’m loving what I’m seeing! It is so smooth to change how you want the seats arranged, and I am quite pleased with how nicely my Chicco infant car seat works with the adapter. Super easy to fold up and it isn’t too big for fitting in a car. Only thing I am worried about is how stiff and not smooth it is to put the handle higher. I’m not too concerned though, because it’ll only be on an occasion that I will need it higher. Can’t wait to see how it holds up.😁

    We used the warranty
Within a month of buying a stroller, our lives improved because we had a lightweight, easy to fold, all terrain stroller. But then it was toppled over and the lower half of the stroller where the babies feet dangled had cracked. We contacted the manufacturer based off of Amazon’s direction and found that it was still covered under the warranty. The customer service representative at the manufacturer was respectful, helpful and sent out a replacement second seat kit within 3 days of the phone call. We are very glad that we purchased this stroller. Make sure you get the insurance or warranty on it in case you have an accident. It saved us a boatload of money.

    Best stroller
I have done soooo much research on double strollers and tested out multiple. This one is Cadillac of strollers lol. It’s really nice, and isn’t super bulky.I would say the only thing that’s a downfall is the bottom compartment is too big.. and you have to buy all the accessories.

    Stroller of my dreams!
I was hesitant to purchase this stroller for so long because of the price. I ended up buying a different less expensive double stroller and never liked it. I ended up buying this stroller last November and have never looked back. It’s literally the best. So compact compared to my other one. Soooo smooth. You can decide whether to make it a single or a double instead of having to only have a double or only a single stroller. Great in the rain. Storage underneath is great. Can recline. Easy to steer. I regret so much not buying this when I first wanted it. Love love love.
