As a new mom who wants eyes on my baby at all times, this mount is perfection. We have a great Arenti baby monitor but could not get it angled correctly to see our sleeping baby girl. This solved the problem. Itâs extremely sturdy and keeps the camera stable. Itâs easy to use with its clamp attachment feature. It can be clamped right onto the crib/bassinet/pack-n-play, or, in our case, onto the changing table near the crib. Worth the money for the right angle!

This seems very secure.The weight of the camera does require some tricky positioning of the arm, so it won’t necessarily be straight where you want it, but have to be twisted some to make it balanced–more an appearance thing.Instructions are teensy tiny, and quite confusing. My exact camera was not in the pictures showing which camera goes with which pieces, so I choose what looked the closest to my camera. Turns out I was wrong, so I had to change the pieces I’d chosen.Don’t be discouraged if the bracket does not open wide enough. There is a sort of collar that will lift and let you expand much more than it seems like initially. However, it is not made for short areas. That is, I needed to clamp it on the the edge of my kitchen counter, but the edge is quite shallow. It is a little precarious since the clamp wants more of the clamped area to be inside the clamp. It hasn’t fallen or moved, but I am suspicious that it might. It is because I am using it “wrong” though, not because the arm is bad.

I used this for a Nanit monitor for both a pack and play and a crib while traveling.I used the Nanit Flex Stand and screwed it onto one of the provided bases and then clipped it in.It was wide enough to clip onto most portions of the crib and pack and play and was very firm and was high enough to be out of babyâs reach. My baby did grab the cords at one point in the crib? But there are provided velcro strips to help.It is very long, so we fit it in a curved position in a 29â checked bag around the edge, but it would take up a lot of room in a carry-on.I prefer this to the clip on accordion style mounts I have used before – itâs much sturdier and strong.
