I bought this thing have them read several reviews. I would concur and for this reason have given it only four stars because of the fear that it could break if pushed too hard. So far mine has done pretty well. I find that He gets most all of the juice out and that the leverage seems to work well. I like the fact that this particular unit can be placed on the countertop and not fall over if you have to put it down for some reason or the other to grab something. Itâs relatively easy to cleanExcept perhaps for the Little ridges, but if you rinse it out right away shouldnât be a problem. As some have pointed out the proper way to do it is to put whatever fruit lemon lime or orange face side down, the opposite of what you would think intuitively, and use it that way. I bought the yellow one, and find that it fits limes easily, most lemons, and some oranges. Larger oranges are a bit too big.I use this thing pretty much daily to squeeze limes or lemons for my cocktails so it gets a fair amount of use and it hasnât broken on me yet but then, Iâm careful with how are use it. I can see where if you overstressed the plastic, it could break.

This is my third citrus squeezer Iâve owned. It is hands down the best, which is saying something. I mean, a citrus squeezer isnât a complex machine. Yet theyâve managed to improve a product in a meaningful way. You get extra leverage and you get more juice. Itâs well made and uses substantial materials. And the price isnât out of line with other similar products. If youâre looking for your first squeezer or just want an upgrade, I would highly recommend this product.
