Iâll be honest, when if first started doing longer rides on my road bike, and also the turbo trainer, I didnât use chamois cream. What a muppet I was! This stuff is amazing and I cannot see myself using any other product. I donât get any irritation (which was a big worry when I first tried it), showers off your intimate area easily after a ride, and it washes out of cycling shorts really well, of which is a relief!
