Most of my cookware is stainless steel but I like to have one nonstick pan, mostly for cooking eggs. I am tired of buying a nonstick pan every couple of years because the surfaces become damaged no matter how hard I try to keep them pristine. I’ve tried various types of nonstick pans including ceramic, none of which have lasted very long. So far, I love this pan. It is super easy to clean [both by hand and in the dishwasher] and seems to cook food evenly. It’s also a great value for the money [includes a cover]. I think I am seeing the bottom of the pan bow a bit when it heats up but am hoping that’s my imagination. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this new nonstick surface will be durable and last more than 1-2 years. I also wish the sides of the pan were higher [that is, that the pan was deeper]. Unfortunately, the last time I looked, I wasn’t able to find additional cookware by this manufacturer on Amazon.
