This water bowl is great. Its easy to fill up, it’s not noisy, and it just works. That’s all we wanted, we didn’t need a bunch of unnecessary lights or features, just something simple and easy to maintain.

So, I didn’t think my cat was using this. I thought the water was just evaporating. Boy, was I wrong! It came time to clean it up and change the filter so I just unplugged it and let it sit until I got around to it that day. I have dogs so there’s always a fresh water bowl down. My cat’s fountain is kept up on a shelf by her food where the dogs can’t get to it. Anyway, my cat came in from the yard and was alarmed to find that her very special fountain was “broken.” At first she sat staring at it, then started batting at the dry spigot, then staring at me wide-eyed and protesting. I grabbed it and serviced it while she supervised and continued protesting. Could not get it up and running fast enough. She was pacing her shelf. The relief on her face when I plugged it back in and the water began running again was priceless. Since then, I regularly see her at her fountain and I now clean it while she’s out catting around in the yard so we don’t have any more traumatic episodes. Sheesh! I think it’s easy enough to use and I like the size of it. The window in the basin is backlit, so it’s easy to tell where the water level is at and adding water is a breeze. It comes with a brush to clean the spigot and that part comes off of the lid, so I think cleaning it isn’t too terribly tough. Plus, the filters are supposed to last for four weeks, so it’s doable. It’s very quiet except if the water gets too low, and is well made. I definitely recommend this and may buy another one for my dogs.

Pleasant to use, pleasant to listen to
Folks in my cat group highly recommended this cat fountain, and now so do I. I like that it’s mostly metal, with only minimal plastic, and quick to clean; the front porthole makes it easy to see the water line; and the two styles of dispensing water â with the spout for cats who like to drink from the sink faucet, or without, for a gently gurgling spring effect â make a relaxing sound that I quite enjoy. It’s like I’m sitting in a Japanese tea garden. The cats, of course, like it, too!A word of advice: I recommend buying extra filters from the start. In two weeks, with two cats, it was definitely time to change the filter â I’ll now replace it every 9 or 10 days, My city’s tap water quality is such that it needs filtering, and any crumbs of food on the cat’s face or in their mouth falls into the water. That tiny filter does a great job, though.

Excellent customer service, works great, easy to clean
First, I liked this fountain from the moment I set it up compared to other water fountains I’ve had for my cats. It’s quieter, cleaner, easier to clean and the blue light is a nice touch, kind of like a night light for the kitties! We had a power surge here and it fried the motor, and customer service (Haley) sent me a replacement motor per the warranty with instructions about how to best keep it clean and working as long as possible. It’s working great again, sounds like a babbling brook. I like that it’s made of stainless steel, too , and feel this design is healthier for my pets than the old plastic water fountains I used to have.

The water fountain is a nice stainless steel design with a quiet operation. It is easy to assemble/disassemble and clean. Do note that the water levels are lower than what the pictures indicate. If you cat(s) will primarily drink out of the spout this will not be an issue; however, if your cat(s) want to drink from the basin this may not work for you.The customer service I have received has been excellent from the seller, so I will recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a nice spout water fountain.

We got this fountain for our cat when we realized how dirty our previous plastic model was getting. I didnât like the idea of my fur baby getting sick from bacteria! The first one I ordered came in bent, but they were quick to send me a new one! I love that it is metal and easy to wash. The filter removal and replacement is as simple as it comes. The blue light window on the front allows for easy judgement of the water level, and it truly is quiet! My cat was hesitant at first, but after a day or so he was back to his water guzzling ways. Perfect for a cat mom who is trying to keep her baby hydrated and healthy.

Itâs a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. Itâs quiet and easy to clean. Because itâs stainless steel and no light exposure thereâs no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.
