It works well but occasionally will get jammed
I got this to feed a few feral cats that come around. They are truly wild cats so I canât interact with them but it gets so cold during winter that i know thereâs not much food available. Itâs easy to use and set up and seems very sturdy. The only advice i would give is to use a food with small round pieces to prevent jamming. I have mine plugged in so I canât speak to battery life. Itâs relatively easy to remove the lid to refill it. It twists to lock so the cats canât get in it. The bowls stay put and are held in place by a removable plastic wedge so they can be cleaned.I did have it feeding on a schedule which is very easy to set up in the app but a possum started coming around so now i just trigger feeding when the cats come. It was a good purchase for me.

Food get stuck. Not working proper.
The amount of food even that is set to portion too it comes out very little and then it gets stuck as you see on the video. I bought this to use it when Iâm not home, but it looks like it doesnât work properly. Also, as you see on the video, the dry cat food that I use is not a big size.

The product is a good product. I purchased the product because I was going out of town for 4 days and didnât know if the neighborhood cats would eat. On the second day of feeding, the unit jammed. Nonetheless, I kept trying to release it remotely and was finally successful. Overall, a good product and worked for my needs while over 2,500 miles away from home. And the best part is, the cats adjusted to it very quickly!

This was a great addition to the routine once I got a second cat! You can program the feeder to dispense different amounts of food at different times of the day. It also operates with either batteries or a cord, so you can use whichever method fits your needs. I was surprised by how easy this was to assemble and program. You can make adjustments with just a few clicks and then let it do its thing.The top is also well-secured and can’t be easily removed by cats. It has a decent holding capacity as well. I filled it up about a month ago and still haven’t needed to add any food since then.My only advice is to find some way to secure this to the wall/floor. My cats have tipped over feeders in the past, so I needed to use command hooks and twine to keep this one upright. But now that the routine is set, they haven’t messed with it much.5/5 stars.
