Itâs a great set
Initially, I got this set because of all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. I love the design, I love how lightweight they are yet they are great quality. They heat up evenly and easy to clean. Although I was missing an item from the set, I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to get back to me. I actually took a while to reply back to them and once I did, they got back to me the very next day and they shipped out my item with the little extra for the inconvenience, which in all honesty, it was not an inconvenient because I did not need that item right away, but I am glad I now have the complete package. I definitely recommend it!

I like these pans. Got em a few days ago and have used them a few times. They heat up nicely and evenly. The silicon utensils are nice. The lids are well built for the price.I can’t speak for the durability yet. The 2.4 qt sauce pan arrived with a broken handle. This could have been simply a defect in the firing process, because the pans were packed pretty well to distribute stress in the box. After an email to Carote’s customer service, they sent a new one. So the main complaint I had has been addressed well.The handle appears wooden but it is a finish. The inside is more like ceramic. This is a non-stick surface (so it probably has some kind of teflon) and it seems fairly durable; still, I would recommend only using silicon/wood tools with the pots.

Beautiful and functional
These are some of the prettiest pans Iâve ever owned. They have worked wonderfully. Nothing sticks. Easy to clean. Nice sizes. Had a minor issue with an accessory and the company was quick to respond and remedied it without a problem. Very happy!

I purchased these pots and pans as a Christmas gift for my wife, who is the primary cook in our household. Initially, we were impressed with their aesthetic appeal and the comfortable feel they offer. These cookware items are notably lighter than our older Calphalon set, making them easier to handle. It’s worth mentioning that while the handles have a wood-like appearance, they are not made of wood and will burn your hand if you touch them while hot.In terms of performance, during our limited usage, they have demonstrated even cooking, which is a significant plus. Furthermore, following the manufacturer’s recommendation to allow them to cool down before cleaning, we found them exceptionally easy to clean.However, the main issue we encountered relates to the handles. Although they have an attractive design, we experienced a durability concern. During the very first use, while boiling eggs on medium heat, a portion of the handle unexpectedly broke off with a loud pop. We were surprised to find a piece of the handle on our griddle cover. I’ve attached pictures taken immediately after this incident, including one of the underside of the handle.In summary, we are quite fond of these pots and pans with the exception of their durability. Given this issue, we are considering returning them and exploring alternative options. We are also looking into the possibility of getting a replacement pot to prevent any safety concerns related to the handle. It’s worth noting that our experience may be an isolated incident, as we haven’t come across similar reports in the few Amazon reviews we’ve read. I’ll update this review to share the resolution once it’s reached.UPDATE 01/11/2024:After posting my above update, I planned to reach out to Carote. I was not able to do so that day and when I was about to do so two days later, I noticed I had already received an email from Carote Brands via my Amazon account. By reaching out to me, they saved me additional time of having to reach out to them. They resolved the issue in a way which leaves me completely satisfied and will to try their products going forward. As for our pans, they have been working really well. I am still continually surprised at how light weight they are based on how the look. The non-stick feature has been very good as well. Even when letting melted cheese dry in the pot, I soak it in water for about ten minutes and then everything wipes out with a sponge. I haven’t had any issues with cooking food or cleaning the dishes. Due to the warning in the packaging and the warnings in the instructions, we keep a cloth between the pans/pots that we are stacking to protect the material. I have updated my 2-star review to 4 stars to reflect their excellent customer service and the quality of the product, with the exception of my first review. I will update this in the future if I can remember or if someone reaches out.

Amazing set of pans
This is fantastic, and nothing has stuck to my pans. I love the color and style of all the items and provided you’re careful not to use any metal spoons or similar utensils, I can see how this will last you a long time. The price is just right for a set of this quality, too.

Wanted to upgrade after we has a tfal set for 7 years. These are not granite but more granite coated aluminum. Just a different non-stick coating than teflon.Pros:There appearance is very nice.Lightweight.Easy to clean.The non-stick is very good.Cons:They take a while longer to heat up than our older tfal set.Could use a smaller saucepan (1 qt)Time will tell how the non-stick coating holds up.

Es un juego de sartenes muy bonito y aesthetic. La comida no se pega, aunque si los quieren mantener en buen estado deben cuidarlos mucho para que no se pongan cafe, si influye mucho el tiempo que se deja al fuego. Se rallan muy facil si usas cucharas que no sean de goma o madera. Si los encimas juntos se pueden rallar. Muy buenos pero debes cuidarlos, a mi me encantan.

Love love love this Carote white granite set of pots.I have owned many pots and pans in my life and this set is perfect. I use them on an induction cooktop and have never had anything stick to the pans. The colour is gorgeous and the handles stay absolutely cool to the touch. The glass lids work well and are also very good looking and easy to use. As per the instructions, I hand wash these, I don’t put them in the dishwasher and you must not use metal utensils that would scratch the non stick surface. This is an easy task because nothing sticks so clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend Carote White Granite. I very rarely write product reviews however I am blown away by these pans and want everyone to experience the joy of using them. Thank You Carote!!!!! ððððð
