They are alright for the price, sturdy enough and dont leak. Bought a 5lb bag of sand and was able to fill two big bags and two small with some sand left to spare. If you’re able to I’d recommend sewing the fill spout shut after you filled the bag because the velcro tends to get clogged with sand making it difficult to close.

CHEAP and DEFECTIVE
I understand that this product doesn’t come filled with sand. Why ship sand and add to the weight? While filling it with sand however, I noticed that the seams were coming apart, starting at an area that already had a hole in it. The more sand that was added, the worse the damage became. It’s not worth my time to now remove all the sand, repackage the item and spend my time going back to the UPS store to return it. It’s an inexpensive item…….but I wasn’t expecting cheap and poor quality. NOT RECOMMENDED

These bags are just as good as the ones that cost three times as much. The only difference is taking five minutes to put my own sand in them. Works great for sighting in almost any type of pistol and long guns too.Planning to order a couple more for my son in law and my grandson.

Buy fabric glue on the same order!
If you’re filling these with sand, go ahead and get a tube of fabric glue. The seems look fine but as soon as it’s full of sand, it literally comes out of every corner. Larger media would probably be fine, but sand is definitely a messy situation. Overall they’re pretty nice, overlooking the leakiness. I haven’t used them yet as I’m still waiting on all the glue to dry, but I think they should handle light use just fine. If you’re going to be rough on them, I’d go ahead and pick something else.
