I haven’t been able to di my dog’s nails properly in awhile because he squirms too much for clippers and he hated his old noisey grinder. This product arrived yesterday, I charged it, and was able to properly do his nails for the first time in months. It’s relatively quiet and it grinds very well. Even on low it’s pretty powerful and efficient. My gf held the dog and I did his nails and he put up with it very well. I would definitely recommend easing your pet into though, ie showing them the tool beforehand, giving treats, touching the non-running grinder to their feet gently and then rewarding them with treats. Doing that a number of times, then turn it on and reward them for sniffing. Then keep the cap on and tap the running grinder to a foot gently and reward with treats. Do that a bit before ever trying to trim their nails.I agree with all the other reviewers who day the position of the LED button is a little inconvenient because you night bump it while using the grinder, but it’s not a big deal because you can just turn it back on.I can’t speak for durability or longevity because I just got the product but it feels sturdy. I have yet to try the clippers so I can’t speak for their quality. It’s nice the set comes with both and a storage bag, though. One complaint I have is I can’t tell which sanding drum is which (one was supposed to be more coarse I think?) but that’s not a big deal for me.All things considered, this is definitely going to be worth the price if it lasts awhile and continues to do a good job.

The price is fantastic.The clippers are sharp, the buffer works great, its not too noisy, & I love the different replacement ends.The light is really great too.. I actually didn’t realise that was a feature on this product, so I was pleasantly surprised by it. It’s VERY bright tho, so I would just watch out from shining it directly into your pets eyes.I personally do not use the buffer covers on my pups nails. I find it much easier to use without a cover on it, however, for those who do use it, they’re really nice & they twist into place so you don’t have to worry about them coming off.Besides it being a tad bulky, over all it’s a great product. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Itâs great, with one exception
I love how quiet this nail grinder is, and I love the lights at the grinder head. BUT, the push button that turns the lights on and off is in an incredibly inconvenient spot, and is incredibly sensitive. As a result, I kept turning the light gets off while grinding.I also noticed that I was turning the lights on when in the little protective bag, which of course depleted the battery.Otherwise, it works well, the case/bag is nice, and once I figure out how to hold the dang thing without turning the lights on or off, I think Iâll really like it!

Extremely quite and works well
This nail grinder works very well. I used this grinder on my dog who hates nail clippers and the loud nail grinders so I always had to use a coarse nail file on her nails. My dog accepted this nail grinder easily and I ground down her nails in about ten minutes! I highly recommend this product for It’s reasonable price, ease of use, lighted tip for viewing the nail quick and durable diamond bit(s).

No Need to Splurge on a Dremel! Get the LOPSIC Dog Nail Grinder Instead!
I have 2 large dogs, a GSD and a Doberman. Previously I was using a knock off Dremel from Walmart with the disposable sanding drums. They just didn’t last long and it was very loud which always initially freaked my dogs out. The sanding bits would shred within a few uses and never did quite the job. I figured I would give the LOPSIC dog nail grinder a try since it had the diamond bits and the price was pretty good.PROS: Honestly, my dogs were used to having their nails grinded down, so sound wasn’t really my first concern. After charging the LOPSIC dog nail grinder, I used it immediately and was quite impressed with the results. It’s super easy to use, I didn’t need to read the instructions. Not only does it work well, but it’s really quiet, which is probably a selling point for someone with a pet who is not accustomed to getting their nails done using a grinder. The battery lasts a long time and it charges pretty quickly and the light feature is an added bonus (see below).CON: My only wish was that the button placement to the light was in a different spot. Having a light on the grinder is pretty awesome, but sometimes I accidentally turn the light off because the button is placed where you would hold it. Not a huge deal and definitely not a dealbreaker, it’s easy to turn back on. Even with this slight flaw, I still have to give it 5 stars.I highly recommend this nail grinder and you really cannot beat it for the price!

Great for shepherd nails – not more visits to vet
Always gone to the animal hospital to have my dogs nails trimmed because they are white. The last time the nails were long and the vet tech cut one of his nails too short causing it to bleed. Also he didnât really like having his nails trimmed at the vet. I bought one trimmer which wasnât powerful enough so I returned it. Read the reviews for this trimmer and decided to buy it. My shepherds nails are larger and had grown out. I put this to the test. He didnât flinch. He wasnât hesitant not to have his nails trimmed. Use it with the small guard and at different angels. He didnât flinch and wasnât bothered by it. He laid down and welcomed my trimming his nails. The light helped me see his quicks in his white nails and was very helpful. I loved the grinder as it is powerful and efficient. I would highlight recommend. Donât be hesitant to buy this! Itâs great.

Great on Our Med-Large Sporting Dogs
This nail trimmer is even better than I expected. I purchased it after quite a lot of research. It operates very quietly, quieter than expected. My 10 year old WPG had older, thicker, more brittle nails and she doesn’t like traditonal clippers. She tolerates the grinder very well. Great results! Battery life has been no issue at all working on two dogs. Very happy with this addition to our grooming kit. The lights are also helpful.

Lo she utilizado solamente 2 veces asà que no sé qué tan buena es la baterÃa pero funciona bastante bien. Los perros no se ponen nerviosos.No me gustó que el producto venÃa abierto. Creo que deben de tener cuidado con eso al vender un producto pero después de revisarlo, venÃa completo, no hubo mayor problema.
