Dog likes it… so does his ‘sister’ dog
had purchased ‘indestructible’ mats that did not survive the first tantrum thrown by our elderly lab. This is plain, but our dog does not mind, and it is much more comfortable than the floor alone, and… so far so good. Even if he does eventually decide to tear it up in a tantrum, it is a fraction of the cost of the ones he has torn up before. Glad we tried this one!

The product itself appears as great quality. Unfortunately for us- not very resilient- my mini labradoodle tore it apart the very first night. And he is usually pretty good⦠so to be fair I cannot and will not give the company/product all the blame.

love these pads
I really like these crate pads. I know some people say they are no thicker than a towel. for those of you who don’t know you have to un package them leave them sit out for a good 24 hrs. or so. mine i do usually 48 hrs. and they become thicker and firmer. but if you don’t, then they are flatter. Also a few years ago i bought ones like this and there was a paper that told you to lay flat for so many hours for the pad to swell or kind of inflate to become normal thickness. So I have done it to anything i buy that should be thicker. not all items have a paper to tell you this. But they are great crate pads. will be ordering more.

Perfect for crate
I put a standard pillowcase over it and change weekly. It keeps it clean. Our dog is only crated at night so does not get a lot of use. It is not very thick but gives plenty of cushion.

Cardboard thin!!
Very disappointed in the thickness of this product! I took it out of the pressurized shipping plastic and gave it all day to decompress to the thickness shown in the product description. It did decompress some but is still almost cardboard thin. The product depiction is borderline fraud in my opinion, will never order this brand again.

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
I liked it in the kennels, it helped to keep my dogs from sliding around in their car crates. But the first time I washed it, I followed the instructions on the tag vey carefully and it shredded itself to bits in my washing machine. If you buy this, don’t trust the tag instructions. Maybe spot clean it?
