These were easy to use. Did a great job cutting. Seems very durable. And a great value for your money. Also didn’t seem to get too hot!

Works great but blade removal is a mess
I’ve used this twice to groom my Australian Labradoodle and it cuts wonderfully. The noise is minimal and the charge lasts a long time, through both sessions about a couple weeks apart. My only complaint is the blade removal process. Other clippers have a lock you just disengage to get the blade out. Not this one. In the interest of discretion, I’ll just say there was a poop situation and the blade needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Getting the blade off was a Herculean effort. I ended up having to grab a flat head screwdriver and prying it off by wedging it under the blade groove and pushing down until it popped off. I hope it goes back on easily. Needless to say, this is a serious design flaw. I’ve only had the clippers a couple months so I’ll update the review if there’s an issue with durability.

Quirky control button and battery/ SEE MY REVIEW UPDATE!
I got these clippers about 2 years ago. Right off the bat I noticed that the on off switch was quirky sometimes needing several tries to turn off or on. Also the readout would only come on momentarily when plugging in the charger. I decided to keep, however because those issues not withstanding, it was a good tool. The first year passed and I would use 3 or 4 times to shave my shaggy dog till she overgrew again. I would routinely charge prior to the one hour job. This year I noticed the charge would only last a half hour, requiring me to recharge to finish her. The last time I used it, it lasted about 10 minutes. It took me 7 days to get her finished. I’ve been watching the charge over the last few months and it doesn’t stay charged, dying at about the 5 minute mark. Once I charged; switched on and this time the charge readout appeared and stay on while running. You could watch the % drop every few seconds and it got to zero just in a few minutes. I’m gonna try to contact the seller and see if they’re maybe good guys and can provide a new better replacement battery. If they do I will revise this review. If not I do not recommend Holdog. It’s a rechargeable battery and was not abused nor used too much. I’m also wondering if this was a return or refurb that they slipped in. **** I heard back within a few hours. They apologized and asked if they could replace. I agreed. They did say it might take a little bit, but I an impressed with their customer service. I will update when I receive the replacement. This make me very happy as this, minus the few problems is the best clippers I’ve ever owned and it’s quiet and doesn’t scare my dog. Kudo to Holdog Sevice Team. Top stars for immediate response. UPDATE. True to their word. I received a brand new one and it works perfectly. This is the kind of company I highly recommend. They were responsive and fulfill their promise. They get a 5 star PLUS review. These are the BEST clippers I’ve ever owned. I give their customer service 5 stars + as well. I am totally amazed at how quick and painlessly they responded. I can’t give anymore kudos all around because this is a great company, product and seller staff. My best wishes to all evolved. Wonderful Clippers
I have two Shih Tzus and these clippers are amazing. They are lightweight, quiet, and cordless. They hold a charge well and allow me to groom the entire dog without dying. The blades are sharp and I haven’t noticed any overheating. My dogs typically don’t like being groomed, but they don’t mind these at all. A must have for home grooming.

I got these as opposed to more expensive clippers because of the reviews. They don’t disappoint! I found them fast to charge, long lasting, and lightweight. Love the display and speed settings. Fit nicely in the hand and easy to manoeuvre. Nicely packaged. Most impressive, they cut better than pro wahl clippers I have. They go through my dogs’ hair like butter – even the one who has a double, fuzzy coat. I cut my grooming time by 3/4 by purchasing these! I will recommend to everyone! Super value for the price. I’m really happy with this purchase!
