The way everything was just thrown in the box tells me it was definitely a return, but it was in good condition with no signs of being used so we tried it, and it worked perfectly. Would have given 5 stars but no one likes to be sent an item that looks like it had been handled by another customer.

It worked perfectly for the big chunks of matted fur. I used the 3mm piece and went under the mat (used one of the higher speeds) and it worked perfectly! Very happy with this trimmer at an affordable price.

So, the clippers work great but the support sucks. I wrote that the instructions were “lacking”. So they sent me another copy of the instructions. What I was referring to is the first step in cleaning the clippers after grooming. The instructions say to press the blade until it comes off. Mine did not come off and I’m worried that if I press harder I will break it. No help with explanation from the seller.
