Better than expected and my boys seem to love it
I have 2 small boys who do not like car rides, they tend to get car sick and anxious. I have tried other more basic car seats and they do the job but this car seat surprised me. For reference, I have a Rat Terrier and a Yorkie Pom mix who are both 10lbs each.It looks like it might be a bit flimsy but it definitely is not. The construction is very well done, the material is soft and supportive and the seat keeps its form very well.It is large enough for both of the boys to lay down and have some space between them. The leads for the dogs are thick and easy to adjust. The strap that goes around the headrest of the seat is also very sturdy and the loops for the seat belt are strong and secure. The very first ride with this seat was amazing, both of my boys laid down and seemed very relaxed which I have never seen before in the car so I am very happy and would recommend to anyone with little ones that arenât thrilled with car rides.

Worked wonders for my anxiety-ridden rescue dog
My rescue pup has had a tough time in cars since I got her. She usually wants on my lap while I’m driving and then shakes while we ride to wherever we are going.Since I got this seat and harnessed her in maybe twice, she has changed to a completely different dog on car rides. It’s like the seat helped her get used to the feel of being in a car, but from a secured seat where she felt more stable. She rarely tries to climb in my lap anymore, and I think she actually enjoys being in the car now. Great purchase. Happy to recommend to anyone.

My Car Paranoid Pup Loved It
I have a rescue pup that is afraid of almost any sound and experience. The car has been a new trauma for her and because she was a puppy mill rescue, putting her in a crate in the car has been stressful for her. We commute every weekend 2 hours there, two hours back. I tried this “pet car seat”, which looked like a glorified dog bed, but it was worth a try to make the drive more pleasant. The pet car seat attaches well to the car’s seats – front and back seats – and it stays quite stable. There are two clip to attach to a collar or harness on your dog and you can adjust the length easily with lots of length if you want it. My girl has been doing so much better on our drives, there’s plenty of cushion and she has been able to relax and enjoy the ride without going psycho and flipping out in the car.

Our dog wouldn’t sit in the seat next to me and I felt it was dangerous to hold her while driving. When she started using this she is content to sit and look out of the window or even just curl up and nap. She is safer and I am definitely able to concentrate on driving.

Pretty easy to install
I have a 10 pound Yorkie, and her last car seat strap broke. She loved that car seat, but it looks like sheâs going to like this one too. We are taking a 10 Hour Rd. trip, and I will review after the trip again because she slept snug as bug in her old car seat.
