Kickstand for mountain bike
This is an excellent kickstand for mountain bikes with large, 29 inch tires and awkward frames. I installed kickstand on an old 2014 Trek X-Caliber 6. I use this bike to ride gravel-based rail trails and I don’t ride single-track trails, so the kickstand doesn’t interfere with functionality of the bike. Installation was easy. Works great and the adjustable length a nice feature. The kickstand is made of metal and sturdy. Should last for many years. The kickstand makes the bike easier to store in my storage building and I don’t have to lean it up against a wall or other bikes. Highly recommended for those who have 29er mountain bikes and need a kickstand.

The factory kickstand on my bike was horrible, so I got this to replace it. Took less than five minutes to install, looks nice, and works like a dream. I like that it can be adjusted for different heights. It came with a bracket (which I didnât end up needing) and two screws. If you need a kickstand, this one is high quality and a good value!

The quality seems good and sturdy. Was able to install with ease, just takes some time due to the bike frame constraints. My main issue is that the shortest length of the stand should be 1 to 2 inches less (2.5-5 cm), as the bike is fairly verticle when I use this kick stand.

I bought a used old beach cruiser bike that needed a new kick stand. The old one was worn out and would not hold the bike up. I am restoring this bike now swapping out anything chrome on it to black. So swapping out the kick stand to this one was perfect in that regard.Its very sturdy and a nice and simple kick out locking mechanism that also folds up easily and stays put. The best part is the adjustability of it. My bike is 26″ so it didn’t take long to adjust the hight exactly where wanted it so the bike had a nice subtle lean without tipping. Its simple to adjust yourself but difficult for it to adjust mishaphazardly on its own. So you don’t have to worry about it collapsing on accident.It’s made of some kind of alloy which seems strong enough. I wouldn’t expect it to bare my weight along with the bike but the bike itself is no issue for it. Also it can be mounted two different ways and hardware for both is included. My cruiser had the mounting plate on the frame so I simply needed to bolt it straight on. Though also there is a bracket clamp plus a longer hex style bolt for those with frames that don’t have a dedicated mounting plate. Either way it is easy to mount and use.It looks slick and really functions the way its intended. I highly recommend it for your bike too!

Nice kickstand, but it won’t work on my bike
I ordered this because of all the great reviews, especially the one that said it was out of the way when up. But much to my disappointment, when I tried to install it on my Raliegh Route 1, the brake cable coming up through the spot where the plate and bolt of the kickstand sits would rub if I kept it, so I returned it. It gets 5 stars for its build, but I give it 3 because it won’t work on my bike.

It’s the right size, right weight, seems sturdy, easy to install. Good angle for balance, and not cumbersome when folded. If your bike allows for this type of mounting screw (or adapter) this is a solid choice.

Es una excelente para de cabra para la bicicleta, me sirve mucho, y con su función de ser ajustable se adapta perfectamente a mis necesidades. El único detalle es que queda cerda del pedal cuando está recogida, y a veces cuando me pasó le doy con el pié al darle a atrás al pedal para ajustar la posición de los mismos.A veces me gustarÃa haberlo adquirido para ponerlo en la llanta trasera, pero por desgracia no encontré uno similar a éste pero para la llanta trasera acá en México.En cuanto a la instalación quité una estrella, por que tuve que comprar un tornillo más largo para que agarrara los tubos en mi bicicleta de montaña, el tornillo de ajuste que trae inicialmente es muy corto, pero encontrar el adecuado es fácil en la ferreterÃa, otro detalle que tiene en la instalación y es por lo que quité la segunda estrella en la parte de instalación, es que al ponerlo es bastante agresivo con la pintura y el metal, pela el metal al estarlo apretando, ralla la pintura y llega a rayar incluso el aluminio. De ahà en más no le veo muchos detalles más en la instalación.Por lo demás me ha servido bastante y se ve reforzado, perfecto para que dure unos cuantos años, y a pesar de que tengo ya tiempo usándola en la montaña, no se ha aflojado ni vibra, y el plástico de la punta de la pata ha durado, asà que se nota la calidad del producto hecha para durar unos cuantos años, asà que no le veo prácticamente ningún contra.En resumen, vale la pena la compra y sirve bastante, claro, si no tienes problemas con el peso como yo, pero si eres un fanático del peso, normalmente dejan su bicicleta extra cara tirada en el suelo para ahorrar esos gramos, pero en mi caso no veo ningún problema.

J’ai acheté cette béquille pour mon VTT électrique Moma Bikes E-MTB 29 avec des roues de 29 pouces.Cette béquille s’adapte bien sur ce vélo qui possède une plaque de montage pour ce faire. La béquille s’insère juste entre les 2 butées présentes sur le vélo, ce qui l’empêche de tourner, et le perçage est au bon endroit. J’ai utilisé la vis BTR qui est la plus courte des 2 vis fournies. La béquille semble assez robuste et sa plage de réglage en longueur est compatible avec mon vélo qui n’est ainsi ni trop droit ni trop penché. Un achat satisfaisant donc, surtout que son prix est bas.

Qualità veramente ai massimi livelli, molto comodo il fatto che si possa regolare l’altezza senza nemmeno usare delle chiavi ma solamente usando la levetta che è nascosta dietro al cavalletto, molto bello alla vista, da l’impressione di essere fatto molto bene (lo è sicuramente) pratico funzionale, robusto, poco costoso e facile da montare !Non potevo chiedere di meglio! Lo consiglio sicuramente ððª
