Iâm a runner and participate in fitness HIIT events and Iâm also very conscientious of liver and hormone health!I have tried these drops in both plain water and in spearmint tea. I have found that they donât change the flavor of the spearmint tea whatsoever. Ok. I want this one to work. I know I drink too many energy drinks but the brain fog is terrible. Thus far, I have only used the Brain Health (Blue) Drops. The taste is like medicine. I have tried both juice and soda. Due to the price, I will be using it up if I can tolerate. If you are taste sensitive – this is probably not for you.
