Update: I purchased two new ones and they seem fine. They eork well. Must have improved them.THIS PRODUCT WAS WORKING FINE JUST BEFORE THE RETURN CUTOFF DATE. NOW I CAN’T RETURN IT. Doesn’t attract or kill bugs
This product is small. My hand is bigger than it is and I have small hands. It doesn’t attract or kill the mosquitoes that I bought it to deal with. I can have the device next to me and the mosquitoes will still attack. I can have it a few feet away and it doesn’t attract them away at all. I ordered 2 and have been using them for a few weeks. Light seems to work well, but the bug zapper part-not so much. I mainly wanted it for the bug zapper part:1) It keeps a charge for only 6-8 hours (on both)2) Bugs still flying around and biting, so the light doesn’t seem to attract them at all. I literally have only “brushed” off 2 from one and the other 0!I will be returning both.

Charged it up and was going to put it in my Rv the next day. I turned it on while on my dresser waiting for tomorrow. I got three tiny bugs dead on the wire grid by morning. I guess Iâll get another for the Rv. The next two days were uneventful so Iâm assuming I have no more flying insects in my room. Works great and is noiseless. If the power goes out at night Iâll be able to find it by the purple glow it emits. It works like a black light turning white nearby objects fluorescent
