I’ve had mine for almost two years with about weekly use for several hours each time. It’s also gone through two moves – thoroughly padded – with me with no visible damage.I use the warmer on low (blue light) with a steel teapot on the provided coaster.The mug is adorable, has a nice weight, and is comfortable to hold. I have larger hands (long fingers, wide palm) so I tend to cup my mugs through the handle with my first three fingers (pinky out for better grip) and this mug makes that easy to do.The spoon is nice and it’s great for stirring in honey. Love the cat’s paw handleThe cover is great for keeping warmth in, just remember to completely dry after use or it might mold, which would be a shame. The cat head knob is a nice touch to tie everything together.All in all, this is a great set with cohesive design and satisfactory functionality. 10/10 would recommend if you like cats and warm drinks. I was beyond thrilled when this set arrived. I really enjoy drink something warm throughout the day and this set was Purrfect. My tea was always the right temperature and remained that way for hours! Loved it so much, I bought one for all of my loved ones.Unfortunately, today after pretty much controls use from2/14/23 to 5/22/23, the warmer no longer functions. 𥺠It still lights up, however no heat. But, for the time that it worked, it was wonderful. Guess I’ll be buying a new heating pad. I would buy this product again, and perhaps try to cut back on using it everyday. ð¤·ð¾ââï¸

This is so adorable and absolutely wonderful! It keeps my tea so hot!! The only issue I have is that the on/off button is too easy to turn on…you really need to keep it unplugged around children when not in use. It turns on too easily. I did not realize it was on one evening (you just have to wave your hand in front of it to turn it on) and my remote was sitting on top of it – it burned the plastic! It does get VERY HOT. If you are careful and pay attention, and keep it unplugged when not using it, you will LOVE it.

I just received my warmer last night, I can say honestly is one of the best things I ever got. I can put any cup on it and it works. I love the fact that it has timer so I donât have to worry. I love hot teas, coffee, soup. I like to enjoy my hot drinks but sadly everything always got cold very quick. But now I can enjoy the drinks. So thank you! This warmer keeps my tea at the perfect temperature and will stay on for 8 hours. The cup is very cute. I have used a different cup on it and it worked well too. The only thing that I would change is the shape of the cup, it is skinny at the top. It would be easier to clean if it wasn’t small at the top, but I like it anyway!
