Great customer service- great punching bag
My kids had fun practicing their kicks and punches with this bag. I was going to give 5 stars because it was perfect for my kids age and they love it but after 3 months, it wonât hold air anymore. We tried fixing the seams where itâs leaking but nothing worked so 3 stars for durability.Update: I contacted them and they were very helpful!

Didnât even last a day
Got this for my sonâs birthday. Unfortunately shopped too early, and had it here for exactly 30 days before I gave it to him. Thatâs the refund window, of course. This lasted less than an hour before it developed a small hole. We taped it up and hoped for the best – but as the day went on, we ended up with a total of three visible holes in the bag and a water leak in the base. He barely even hit it, heâs only six anyway. It wonât hold air or water anymore, so itâs trash after less than one day. Super disappointed.

This is a good product. The problem is that most people don’t read the instructions before using it…they skip step 2 below. You need to fill the base with water before pumping the base. Pump included to inflate is useless, 2 foot pumps and it was collapsed. So be prepared to have a compressor to inflate the bag. The base in my experience was only able to be filled with water, even though the description on the site states water, rice or sand. The hole is small and not sure what sort of funnel you would use to fill with sand, as the funnel I used clogged with the first scoop of sand. Stubborn me, tried to manually pour in the sand, yup that didnât work either. So water it was, which I was trying to avoid, as anything with a base that requires water has always leaked. The selling point for me was the fact that is said fill with water, rice or sand. My son did have a blast punching away at the bag all day, nice to see him not playing a video game. The durability and bounce back with minimal inflation loss was impressive.

Excellent punching bag!
Bought this for my son to help practice taekwondo, so easy to assemble, quality is excellent, doesnât hurt when you punch it, stability is great, occasionally you need to blow up with tool it came with but so easy and quick to use. Recommend using water or sand at base! Highly recommend for kids!

My son wanted one so i bought it sense then he has been acoupied, its great but hard to blow up and you have to be very smart to know what too do. Other than that its great!

Developed a leak in the middle section in a month
The middle section developed a tiny leak that I could not detect for 1-2 months and the bag would not stand upright. Recently a friend detected the leak hole and that was the reason the bag was not standing up. Poor product quality. Would not buy again!

Ordered as a Christmas present for mySon but sat in the cupboard for 6 months before initial use. When inflated lasted under 2 hours before it sustained a tear & was unusable. Because it was outside of 30 days they wouldnât refund or replace. Dreadful quality, disappointing product, donât waste your money.
