Very effective
We have a French Bulldog that has a mind of his own. We live in a rural setting surrounded by large trees and bushes. Our dog has developed a love of following deer sent and various other distractions. When he is in that frame of mind he totally tunes you out and his objective is all that matters. He would disappear and then the search was on to try and locate him and get him back into the house. I purchased the training collar as a last resort in an effort to get him to listen and respond to my commands. When the device arrived the instructions were very simple to understand and follow. I adjusted all of the settings to be about mid range. I put the collar on him and we went outside for a potty. It did not take long for him to follow his normal routine and began to trot of away from the house. I whistled and called his name and no response as was normal. I whistled again and pressed the first alarm button on the hand held device. There was no visible response. I whistled again and pressed the second alarm for the vibration on the hand held device. Again there was no visible response. I whistled a third time and then pressed the third button on the hand held device for shock. This time his response was immediate. He jumped straight in the air as if he had shot, but still did not respond to my calling him. I whistled again and pressed the shock button again and immediately got the same jump in the air reaction. This time when I whistled he turned and looked at me and ran back to me immediately.Later that evening I took him out again for his evening potty break. He began to wonder off as was expected. I whistled and no response. I pressed the first button on the hand held device. I noticed a reaction from him, but he kept going. I whistled again and pressed the second button on the hand held device for vibration. This time he immediately stopped and ran back to the house.Even though we are early in the training process, I can see that this training collar is going to be effective and very beneficial. One note, this is not a device to hurt or punish the dog, but when used correctly, it is a very useful and effective way to train a non response dog.

Works great.
This is a great collar. It is durable and sizes great so it doesnât bother my dog. He knows itâs on and we never have to use more than the vibrate option to get him to behave. Color is exactly as shown, not thick or thin, easy to use and safe for us to handle and safe for our dog. Long operating life and quick and easy to charge. Great product.

Better than the one we paid $300 for!
Our dog has had an e-color since she was one⦠It finally wore out⦠And we didnât need such a sophisticated difficult to use training collar. We just needed one that would tone her if she didnât follow a command⦠This one is perfect. it has tone, vibrate, and last resort shock⦠This was super easy to assemble, adjust, and learn highly recommend

Overall satisfied, but there are two things that I wish could be changed!
This device works well. It pairs easily with the remote, and is easy to use. I like that the charging chord works for both the remote and the collar. The collar was easy to cut down to the correct size. As another reviewer said, the chime noise works as a “call back” feature – when I tone it my lab comes back to me as if to check in. I haven’t had to use the vibration feature, but I like that it is so easily adjustable. We haven’t used the shock feature either. The range seems great – it has double the distance than the system we use for our other lab.The negatives – only three, but they are definitely noteworthy. The biggest negative, in my lab’s opinion, is the collar device makes a very loud ringing sound when you turn off the collar. She finds the noise to be very aversive. Whenever I turn it off in the presence of my lab she immediately cowers thinking that she is in trouble. This is particularly odd considering that she doesn’t do that when I use the chime to warn her to not go into an “off limits” area. So, I rarely turn off the collar. If I want to turn it off I have to get away from her so she doesn’t hear the noise when I turn it off. In contrast, the system we have for our other lab also makes an audible sound when turning off the collar, but it is not perceived as being aversive by any of our dogs. The other negative is that the remote doesn’t have a clip on it. Yes, it has an adjustable strap for putting around your wrist, but I would prefer a clip. I really don’t have to use the remote much so having to constantly have it in my hand is obnoxious. If it had a clip then I could clip it to my pants/shorts and only grab it when needed. Finally, I don’t like that the channel switch functions the same as the on/off switch and is located directly above it. On just our second or third day of using the collar and remote I found that our lab was not responsive to it. I was frustrated. The next time I went to use it though, I discovered that I had accidently changed the channel. I wish it wasn’t so easy to change the channel. So, if you get one of these and you find that your puppy-dog isn’t responding, double-check to make sure you didn’t change the channel on the remote.

Rating: âââââ (5/5)I’ve been using the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar for a month now, and I am thoroughly impressed by its performance and features. One of the standout qualities of this collar is its exceptional battery life. I’ve been able to use it daily for an entire month on just a single charge, which speaks volumes about its efficiency and longevity. The collar offers a wide range of functionalities that cater to various training needs. With 99 levels of shock intensity, I appreciate the flexibility it provides. Although I’ve never had to go beyond level 8, having the option to fine-tune the intensity is a great feature for different dog personalities and training situations. Additionally, the beep and vibrate functions have proven to be highly effective alternatives to the shock feature. It’s wonderful to have multiple options to suit my dog’s response and sensitivity. What truly amazed me is the collar’s remarkable reach. I once had to correct my dog’s behavior from a whopping 1km away, and the shock still worked flawlessly. This kind of range is a game-changer, especially for outdoor activities and off-leash training. The collar’s durability and build quality also deserve a mention. Despite my dog’s rough play and occasional scratching, the collar has held up remarkably well. It’s evident that Bousnic has put in the effort to design a reliable and sturdy product. In conclusion, the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar has proven to be an invaluable training tool for me and my furry friend. The extended battery life, versatile functions, and impressive range make it a standout choice for any dog owner looking to enhance their training efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this collar to fellow pet parents seeking a high-quality and effective training solution.

This product is greatly quality for the money. Works over a good distance. The charge lasts a very long time. Very easy to use and set up. I have had this for over a year now and still works like day one. Very durable. Remote is good size and easy to locate the button you want from inside your pocket.

I had a similar product previously but the clips holding the collar on broke and rendered the unit useless. After some research I decided on this unit. It had much better clips than the other and has held up nicely. The Bousnic unit has a LCD display for the mode and battery strength, an on/off slider switch (which seems backwards to me) and a 1/2 collar selection for 2 collars, it also has tone, vibration and e-stim. Various levels of each can be set easily and independently. The vibration is strong. The tone actually seems to change tone rather than just volume. Some of the lower levels are very hard to hear. The e-stim has a wide range of levels too and worked well. I seldom use e-stim and recently noticed the dog did not respond to it. I checked the unit on myself and thought the stim was weak. I thought I could feel it more set in the 20s than I could in the 70s. A light on the bottom of the unit flashes green when tone or vibration is triggered. It flashes red with the e-stim. I will be in contact with the seller to see if this is normal.UPDATE: I messaged amazon customer service and they forwarded the info to the supplier. They said i should hear something in a few days. 2 days later a package arrives at my door. A replacement collar was inside. Hats off to Bousnic for the great customer service and the replacement. Overall I would give 4.5 stars for this product and service. Thank you Bousnic!

My 18 month old 100lb American Bully had / has a few last minor corrections. Including running into the cornfield behind the house. The beep function works great as a â ï¸ and me to pinpoint location. Vibrate for jumping on counters or sniffing the coffee table. A light and quick zap if he gets too close to the road or ignores the vibrate. I press the button 4 to 10 times a day. It just needed charge after a month.. you must purchase the correct charging block that doesn’t come with it. But the cable does. I am extremely satisfied. 10/10
