Great Tag
We have gone through several of the traditional style dog tags, as the thin metal always wears out from rubbing against the ring of the collar and they fall off and get lost. This tag has attached firmly to the collar, seems to be comfortable for the dog, doesnât make a clinking noise and has enough space to fit all the information I wanted on it. We honestly havenât had it all that long (maybe a month) but it seems really secure and we are happy with it. It was easy to put on (I did make sure to measure the dogâs collar before I ordered) and easy to read.

After the first tag that I ordered came out so well, I ordered a second one for our other dog. These look great and are very sturdy. They stay on the collars really well and the dogs do not notice the tags. With two really active dogs, they have never budged from the collar. You do need to make sure that you order the right size. Delivery was pretty quick, especially for custom made items.

And you can barely read the writing.This one is thick metal and doesn’t dangle — nowhere to break off! And the lettering is clear, etched nice and deep to last as long as we need it. Bought the 1 inch 2ply and it fit the collar perfectly. Not sure if it’s clear in the pictures but the collar I have is 2ply nylon webbing with another 3rd ply of soft foam type material. The tag does slide around when it’s on the part of the collar without the 3rd ply. If it was on a collar that allowed it to slide a bit I am fairly confident that I could bend the tabs very slightly to tighten it up. It does seem well made and I expect it to last for a very long time. The engraving is clear but can be difficult to read in certain lighting. Thinking of filling in the engraving with paint to see if it makes it stand out more. For anyone that thinks I put the tag on upside down, it was done intentionally. This way the tag can be read when the dog is greeting a person instead of trying to get behind the dog to read it.Overall I am pleased with this tag. Would purchase again for other pets.
