Great customer service.
We love the monitor. The ease and ability to add two or more cameras and with the signal range of our house works well. We had a previous monitor made by another company that was not able to withstand the same amount of range. This is clear, easy to use and effective. Love that it rotates in between cameras at night so both children are seen and heard. One of the cameras had an issue after 8 months of using it and they replaced it within two days with no charge. Great company and good value for money.

Pretty good monitor so far
I’ve had this monitor for a year now. The features that are most important for me are being able to turn and tilt the camera, visual and audio and temperature check. Overall it’s a pretty good monitor and I love that it hasn’t broken on me (especially after a few falls to the ground). I don’t care for the music or video recording so I have no input on that. I purchased this for my second child so I’ve gone through a few different brands with my first child. I found one I liked but the company no longer makes it so I took a chance with this one.Pros: it can pan tilt and turn, Great day and night video quality, pretty accurate room temp (depends where you set it), the monitor screen isn’t too bright at night (adjustable) which is a huge plus! The battery life isn’t too bad (3-4 hrs if all settings are turned up and about 6-8 hours when all settings are at lowest), pretty standard compared to my other one. Monitor Distance, I’m not sure maybe 600-800 ft away from the camera? This child won’t sleep for more than 20 minutes so I haven’t taken the monitor outside to do yardwork like my first child. Lol. Two way talk seems to work fine as my oldest child can successfully yell into the camera asking for snacks while I’m trying to put baby to sleep.Cons: I really wish there was a backlight on the buttons so you can see the buttons in the dark especially if you want to turn the camera to find your child or make the one button larger or bulge out or something for identifying. But no biggies, you’ll have all the buttons memorize… maybe depends how much sleep you get some days. Next- Audio, it’s okay it sounds almost like there’s an echo or the child is far away. It could be a clearer. If I’m watching a movie I would have to turn up the monitor volume to the highest in order to hear but during the nights the lowest setting is fine (probably because I don’t fully sleep). The most annoying thing is when the monitor battery gets low it makes this loud annoying buzzing sound but will not go away until either you charge it or it dies. Oh and monitor battery didn’t go low because baby slept for 4+hours, it’s because I didn’t charge it all day.Overall, it’s a good buy. I’m still glad I got it. Just a few features and design flaws that could be improved. I’m just glad it’s still working, and I hope it continues to for several years to come. My other one is going on 4 yrs strong . Happy with my choice- READ THIS ABOUT THE PURPLE IMAGE OTHERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT
After looking are numerous monitors, I kept coming back to this one. I am happy with our purchase. It’s super easy to set up and very straightforward to use.I saw some reviews about the picture being purple. We experienced this in the bedroom but not the living room, and only at night when there was no sunlight in the bedroom, so I determined the purple image was purely because of incandescent lights in the bedroom. I tried various LED lights, with warm and cool color tones, various lumens, various watts, and all of the LED lights worked without any purple hue in the image.The image quality is great at 1x zoom. If you zoom in you get some distortion, but that’s pretty common with low resolution devices anyway. Night vision works very well and is quick to switch between regular mode and night vision automatically.The VOX mode is super helpful, and unlike others I’ve read about, you CAN turn the VOX mode off, so the screen will stay on for an unlimited time until you manually turn it off. Some of the other monitors I looked at said even with the VOX off, the screen times out. This has been extremely helpful for when I’m in the kitchen, so I can keep an eye on the kid playing in the living room without having to wake the screen up.The downside to the VOX- when we have two cameras connected but only want to have one displayed on the screen, the VOX mode will switch between cameras based off the sound volume in either room. For people wanting to watch two kids this would be helpful. We have one kid and put a camera in his room and the living room. After putting him to bed, I don’t want it kicking back to the living room just because we made a noise. The workaround, turn the VOX off in the meantime and select the camera you want displayed. I then turn the VOX back on when we go to bed and there is usually nothing that triggers it to switch to the living room. Even then, it selects the room with the loudest noises. So if your kid made a noise, it would flip back over to them.The audio isn’t the greatest. It seems to lag some in comparison to the audio only baby monitor we have. There are several volume options though with a wide range between quiet/loud, so you can set it to meet your needs. It does its job, just not the same quality as I have been used to for the past 18 months.The temperature display is pretty accurate. It’s maybe only a degree off from the thermometer we have mounted in his room.Another downside that I found- I couldn’t mount it on the wall and be able to pan around the way one would want. When it is mounted horizontally, you’re limited to turning it to look at floor/ walls/ceiling, or up and down in the pathway that you have it set at. You can’t keep it pointed at the floor and then pan around the room to see all of the room’s floor… if that makes any sense. We had to put a small shelf on the wall and set the camera on it upright so we have the correct functionality of pan/tilt.Overall, I am very happy with the monitor thus far. The battery life is pretty dang good, especially because I have the screen ON so frequently when I am in the kitchen, or because I am enjoying watching him like a TV show sometimes. 🙂

We ordered the 7 inch monitor with two cameras. The night vision did not work at all with one camera and a dim light had to be on for it to work. However, when contacting the company, the customer service was excellent. They were prompt with responses and helped organize sending a new camera right away ( night vision does work in this one). Great customer service!

This is a pretty decent monitor/camera set. The image quality during the day is great, the quality in a dark room is a bit more grainy, but it is still clear. Unfortunately in a larger dark room, it does get hard to see anything, it doesn’t pick up light further away to see all of the room.setting up was easy, the menu set-up is also easy to understand and navigate.There isn’t a true “zoom” function. You have to go through a menu to zoom in, so the distance you set the camera is the distance you will typically see, which isn’t a big issue. Same with split screen, you can swap between screens, but have to go through a menu if you want to see split screens.I would buy this again, as the screen is wonderfully large, battery is good, and this is not wifi connected.
