Initially, I was really excited about this monitor. It’s well packaged and comes with two cameras, a display, mounting hardware as well as charging cords and adapters. Setup is simple and intuitive. Functionality is where this device lost me. I prefer using the included handheld receiver and found the device to be overloaded with unnecessary tools, data, and alarms (feeding, changing, temp, humidity, sound detection, motion detection… all trigger icon and/or sound alarms). The buttons don’t often respond and it takes a lot of effort to toggle through. The display is always split screen rather than switching between cameras which is awkward and reduces picture size and quality. I did like the inclusion of two cameras because it works best with our home size and layout. This monitor could be great if they simplified the software and made the handheld more responsive. As is, it’s no where near the value of the asking price for me. It’s just not an enjoyable device to use, making it more of a chore and less of a useful tool.

Works great – clear view & good range
This is a really nice in-home non-wifi baby monitor. It is for in home use only – not a wifi connected unit that you use an app with to view remotely. It comes with a phone size monitor with sharp, crystal clear imaging and 2 cameras that you can direct from the monitor. I was happily surprised by the image quality actually. They all have great battery life & are charged by USB – no batteries. I like that you can turn off the system from the monitor and it will turn off the cameras too. Great way to extend use time between charging. It comes with a super sturdy and protective case for traveling which for us is a great perk for us as it travels between my house and my mom’s for daycare. It really is nice not having to log it in to the wifi or worry about connection during the day. The range is great too – We have a 2story house with upper deck and it works just fine from baby’s room on the ground floor up to the deck – about 100feet with lots of load bearing walls and studs in between. We have issues with the wifi signal but this thing is solid – never lost connection. The only thing I have issue with is the packaging – it comes in a plain cardboard box with just the amazon label. This was fine for me but if you are planning to give as a gift at a baby shower or something it leaves a lot to be desired. Will definitely need to re-package for gift giving.
