We already have a hook in the ceiling so we did not have to use the adhesive hook included in the package. We simply opened the canopy and attached the loop to the existing hook in our ceiling. It was immediately perfect. It drapes perfectly around her bed and can be opened during the daytime for play and closed in the evening for sleeping. The attached stars glow brightly once all the lights are out. One night, my daughter, my son and I crawled into the bed and pretended to camp under the stars. When my daughter is asleep and the canopy is closed, she reminds me of a little sleeping beauty. It’s great. This canopy is nice and big! It wraps all the way around my daughterâs bed, and she loves the little stars! Only issue was the tape wasnât very sticky and I didnât want to put holes in the roof so we ended up getting some extra strength double sided tape and that held it up much better.
