Absolute love this video
I’m new to indoor cycling and this is the best video I’ve found to date. I find I ride at a more leisurely pace which is easier on my knees than the pace I try for in app videos. The scenery is obviously shot out of a car window because of the angle changes, but I don’t mind. The minutes just fly by! I find myself riding longer at a which, I believe makes up for the somewhat slower pace. Plus, I enjoy the bonus of seeing places I’ve never seen!
