This video elevates my mood; the time flys by as I’m riding my stationery bike enjoying nature.
The scenery of blue skies and red/orange rock formations makes me feel like I am truly outdoors. These videos are a wonderful solution to “quarantine” time boredom while at the same time getting much needed exercise. The music is a jazzy blend which I thought was not my style, but I now enjoy it as part of the ride. I have ordered 3 different ones, but Arches is my favorite.

Best exercise dvds I’ve found so far, but I’m still looking
I have several of these dvds that are designed for exercise bikes and treadmill accompaniments. These are about the best I have found but that doesn’t make them perfect. Mostly they follow the highway. You see whar you would see if you were slowly driving down the road. But when Im on my exercise bike, I don’t need to focus on the pavement in front of me. I wish the guy operating the camera would pan around a bit more as I would if riding as a passenger in a car or walking down the road. I want to be able to read the signs as I pass them and if I’m in Arches National Park I wouldn’t just speed past an arch. I’d pull into the parking lot and at least take a look at it before motoring on my way. That being said, this is filmed with a wide angle lens so you do get some view of both sides of the street. This company does a good job. I just wish it would do a better job. These come with music in the background but I can’t really give a review of that as I always have the sound turned off and listen to NPR as I’m watching.

Vision
I love this dvd. I can just get on my bike and follow the ‘vision’ of where i am biking. It’s pretty cool to see things i have never seen before, in Bike-O-Vision anyway. Can’t wait to buy more!

I bought this mainly to see the scenery and that is about all the video is worthwhile for. Itâs way too fast and I had to set my player down to half speed. Thereâs no differentiation and speed for going up or down hills. And too much flashing off the road in looking at inconsequential stuff.

Great for riding the bike inside
Bought for my husband. He loves these videos for when he is stuck inside riding his bike all winter. Still gives him something pretty to look at and entertains him. The music is a bit cheesy but other than that great find

Surprising how much longer I am willing to stay on a stationary bike while watching these. The scenery is awesome! Simple concept that actually works!

FANTASTIC OUT WEST Scenery As You Ride
Bike-O-Vision Cycling DVD Arches and Capitol Reef National Parks. This cycling video is wonderful and I never am bored with the scenery. The landscapes are dramatic and exactly what you would imagine cycling through the Old West would be like. The clarity of the video is excellent and the length is longer than I expected at 90 minutes so a lot more workout for the money. You cycle through two National Parks in Utah and many dramatic scenes of red rock formations contrasting with the bright blue skies. I recommend this and the Zion National Parks video by Bike-O-Vision if you love the incredible Out West scenery.

not of blu ray quality but much better than the non blu ray version great for making the workout time fly.
