works great on 28s
Easy enough to assemble, got a new “gravel” bike with 28s and needed something to keep it vertical in the garage or basement and hold it while I clean. Works great, the top part has a moveable sliding piece that you simply slide down to the tire and it seems like a solid fit, I’m not worried about this at all it’s very stable. The bottom “socket” for the tire has a thin cut for a thinner tire and a wider depression for a classic mountain bike tire, My 28 fits into the smaller notch just fine. If you have in between sizes I suppose it may rest on the wider portion and I don’t think that would be a problem, does make me wonder why they bothered to put the notch in, I’m not sure it was necessary, but in any case I don’t think it would be problem for other size tires, its working great for me totally happy with it.

Sturdy stand, good price , however cant use on my rear wheel
when i put my rear tire in the stand, it hits my derailer, not good, I can only use it for my front wheel, it does not work with my rear wheelconsidering its only about $25 and fits my large tire size of 2.6 inches ( mountain bike) I will still use it, but ONLY on my front wheel

Great stands
I thought about getting some permanent versions of this put in at our house – kind of like what you see at public parks and other places. Luckily I found these before I did that. This helps my kids (sometimes) put their bikes away and not just throw them wherever. Easy to set up and works for all the bike sizes.

I was concerned about this fitting the wider tires of my mountain bike. It has 29×2.6 tires and they fit into this and it keeps the bike stable.It is exactly what I was expecting. Assembly was easy, the directions weren’t the best, but there’s really only 2 way the parts could go.

Construction of this product was easy and its heavy and seems durable, but I noticed with my heavier 90s mtb this stand with not a lot of force could tip over, this is a problem for me because I have a cat that likes to jump on top of the bike. Apart from this itâs decent for the price, I just wish the support legs that extend out were a bit longer for better stability.
