Wanted to love this, but you get what you pay for
UPDATE: My son was away for 7 weeks without his watch. Within a week of being back home with it, he once again had a broken watch. Instead of the piece on the side opposite the charger snapping off, the USB/charging side got stuck in the band and snapped off. This will be his 3rd watch in under a year so next time, I’ll be ordering something different.UPDATE: I have since purchased another for my daughter who also loves it. I ran into an issue with the first one I purchased and reached out to the seller via Amazon. I got a very quick response and the seller replaced the device for me immediately. Definitely recommend.Bought this for my son a few days ago and the only time he’s taken it off is to shower. Its really easy to set up and use. The watch size and display are the perfect size for him. He loves tracking his progress throughout the day, crushing his step count goals and charting his weekly progress on the app. Perfect watch for active kids!One thing to know before you buy is that the app only works on phones so it isn’t compatible with his ipad.

UPDATE: shortly after my review, I was contacted by TUBU US. They sent me a new one right away. I was very surprised. I had the original one for just over 3 months when it started to malfunction. Gotta love a company that stands behind their product. Thank you TUBU. The customer service is top notch.Loved this at first. I have a very small wrist so this size was perfect, fits me great. It started to malfunction just past my time to return/exchange it. It would get stuck on one display for about an hour, then it would get stuck on a new display. the timer would get triggered all the time and could not turn it off. The button to tap to move from one display to the next only works part of the time now. Don’t buy it.

I bought it for my daughter to set alarms during the day that help her with her ADHD, it works well, the battery lasts about a week, the only bad thing is that it easily disconnects from my cell phone and takes time to reconnect, but in general it is very good, it measures steps, sleep quality, But I control everything from the app of my cell, on the band you can only view or time times. The alarm is not sound but vibration, which is good because it does not interrupt the class

Defective upon startup
I charged the watch as instructed. After it was fully charged, I took it off the charger and it began vibrating every 3 seconds and hasn’t stopped, and displays a code LH2 FDZ. I can’t get it to connect with the app or figure out how to restart it. I tried putting it back on the charger but the vibrating is persistent.

I have purchased this same fitness tracker over and over at least half a dozen times because of the strap breaking. I love my watch so much. It’s lightweight, affordable, and waterproof! I have recommended it to all of my friends because I really do love mine. I have tried the more expensive name brand, and even other cheap ones from Amazon, and this is my favorite by far. It is the only one that is actually comfortable on my wrist. Having a 2 year warranty is amazing.”For Amazon shoppers trying to decide: if you’re shopping for a child over 6, this is the one. If you’re an adult with a smaller wrist, this is the one. I am an artist, and a very busy mom. I do everything in this watch. I have installed 1500lbs of concrete wearing this thing without a problem. We swim in our pool all summer and I never take it off. We went to the beach for a week and it works after snorkeling. (It is a little hard to read in the direct sunlight. No big deal, shade your wrist.) The only issue ever was the band lasts about a year, give or take, because the small loop that holds the floppy part down snaps apart eventually. For less than $30 it has been worth it to me to keep buying it over and over again.

Update: 5 stars for customer service. Within three days of contacting company about the band no longer working, we had a new one in hand! Just got it yesterday so cannot comment on how long it will last. But very very good customer service!!We purchased this May 31st, 2021. My 10 yr old daughter takes great care of it- never showers or sleeps in it. She was very happy with it. App was a bit annoying- every time it needed to be charged, it would reset back to portrait mode when she likes landscape. So we just had to redo that every time it charged. A couple of months ago, the app stopped syncing- meaning it showed no history of her daily results. That was also annoying. This week, it stopped charging, is now dead and will not recharge. I would expect any product to last more than 5 months at ay price point.

Long lasting battery.
I bought this for my daughterâs birthday and she loves it. She said âI didnât know how much I wanted this watch until I got it.â She loves that she can track her sleep on it; she also likes that she can check the time without looking on her clock. She has worn it for 3 days and 2 nights and it still has 80% power! Very lightweight, and other than being a bit inaccurate, this is an amazing watch. Would definitely recommend.
