Just day 2….but!
I started drinking this yesterday. First of all, it dissolves easily. I have a yeti cup I drink from. The packages are bigger than the Crystal Light packages you get from the grocery store and at first, I thought, there’s no way I’m going to like this stuff. I put 12 oz of water in my cup then add the powder and stir it up with my straw. It dissolves very easily. Then I fill up my cup with ice and finish filling my cup up with water so I have a full glass.The taste (watermelon) is wonderful. I love it. It isn’t too sweet as some of the other reviews suggested.Now on to results. I did not weigh the day before I started taking this nor did I weigh this morning. But I can tell you this. My cravings have diminished considerably. I used to sit at my desk and crave all sorts of snack foods. It didn’t matter if they were salty or sweet, I wanted to eat. Today, I’ve been at work 4 1/2 hours already, and not the first craving. I’m drinking more than usual and I’m going to the bathroom more than usual. My energy is so much more than usual and my focus is through the roof. I’ve gotten so much done at work today it’s unreal.I have a cousin who sells the more expensive version of this. I refused to pay that price for something to drink and it not have alcohol in it! So I decided to give this a try instead. I can’t wait to get on the scale next week to see if it’s made a difference in my weight.Update:Almost finished with my 3 packs of this drink. The energy is no longer there like in the beginning and it is making absolutely NO difference in my weight. I’m so glad I tried this one instead of the more expensive one. I do still enjoy the flavor though. Certainly no worth the money when I can get Crystal Light packs for a fraction of the cost of this.

Great product, but EXPENSIVE!
$1.66 per packet which makes one drink, which is expensive in my opinion. Keto products, in general, are over priced – this is clearly no exception. Ripping off those who want to make healthy lifestyle changes is THE way to cash in. That said, the variety pack flavors are all delicious, refreshing, and help provide energy & stave off cravings & hunger for intermittent fasting. For me, it’s too expensive to use regularly and on-going, but it’s a good tool during the transition to keto-adaptation and for longer fasting periods.

A real game changer!
I’ve been using this product for over 3 months as I like to make sure I like or dislike a product before I give any feedback. I’ve been on a Keto diet for over 2 years and have achieved my goal weight. I don’t do a cheat day; I do more of a 3-day cheat. When I go off Keto for that length of time, I usually gain 5 to 8 pounds and it takes me close to 2 weeks to lose that weight. Not anymore!!! At the most, I will now gain about a pound which is gone by the next day. Yes, drinking these drinks has made that big of a difference. I, however, don’t get any energy boost from them at all, not even the caffeinated ones. That’s fine with me. Being able to take in more carbs and being able to eat more foods that I enjoy has made a huge difference to me. They can cause diarrhea at first if you drink a whole one. I cut back to half for the first few days. I only drink the other half at night if I’ve taken in too many carbs that day. I had complained about the caffeinated peach one at first but if you add more water, it tastes really good.

I made this âtestâ because of other reviews I read here, of people complaining that the SHIFT packages are âhalf emptyâ, well- if you can read it clearly shows that they are meant to have âonlyâ 7.6grams where the expensive brand contains almost 20g per package.Iâve lost 25lbs in the past with keto & ketones have helped me a lot to stay on track, especially for my âafternoon sweet fixâI just had my 2nd baby & will do keto again to loose weight.On my 1st day of keto, i had the expensive ketones in the AM and the SHIFT ones in the PM. I tested 30mins after drinking them and had the SHIFT ones with less water.As you can see, both of them put me into ketosis. But the expensive ones but me in a way deeper state of ketosis, keep in mind though, that the quantity is almost 3x as much.However, if you are counting TOTAL CARBS, the SHiFT ones are definitely a better option!!For me, the expensive ketones are definetly worth their money! I prefer the taste, the way they make me feel and the fact that they are higher concentrated. They surpress my hunger better. I also like that they are available caffeine free, as i drink coffee to surprese my appetite. I havenât seen caffeine free ones from Shift yet, maybe they are.After i loose a good amount of weight, and iâm in a constant deep state of ketosis, i can see myself having the expensive ones 1x a day and the SHIFT ones 1x a day for maintainance/enjoyment

Great Product except for the lemonade
I love the black cherry. The watermelon is ok but the lemonade is nasty. I don’t like lemonade as it is but this flavor is too tart.As far as performance, I have lost 15 pounds in one month so far with the help of this product. I notice that when I don’t drink one in the morning, I don’t lose. Going to keep drinking them until I hit goal.

Item came sticky with powder residue all over the inside and 2 sticks were rock hard. The initial Amazon listing says it can be returned but it in fact can NOT be returned. Very unhappy with this expensive purchase!
