Great hanging shelves, bought 2
This was relatively easy to put together, and since it’s fairly light not a terrible hassle to hang. I have a building I use for furniture I’m worried I’ll damage, and he put it together and hung it in 45 minutes or less. The light strips are cool and work great so far, but there are some issues with the remote. I like the little hanging rack at the bottom. I’ve used the rack to hang my headphone collection, and it looks awesome while also indiciating I may need to stop buying headphones… The one I have in the living room is used for a gaming/media display, and the one in the bedroom is actually functioning as a bookshelf. I bought the one for my bedroom a couple months after I bought Bestier’s hanging shelf trio because I liked it so much in the living room.The only real downside is that the RF signal they use for the remote is the same for every piece they make, and even some by other manufacturers completely. This is a downside because I have a total of 4 of these style hanging bookcases from Bestier, so if I try to turn off/on the lights or change the color an unknown number of the other bookcases will turn off/on/change colors, too. Trying to turn them all off is a game of chance, I just have to hit the power button over and over as different combinations of shelves turn on/off until I get lucky and they finally all answer at once. There are no manual controls for the lights or anything so you’re really just stuck playing remote roulette until I get a result I can live with.The RF Remote issue is such a hassle that I reaistically want to give this 3/5 starts, but the bookshel itself is honestly great. Thankfully my aestetic is set up to only need the light blue lights all the time so I don’t have much reason to change the colors. Yet every time I manage to turn everything off I’m afraid I won’t be able to get it to all turn back on at the same time again.

Great shelf for Funko Pop Collections!
Honestly I don’t get why some of the reviews say what they do… This was easy to build, and fairly easy to put up. I did put my shelf on studs though, the shelf is spaced out 32 inches exactly far enough to place on 2 studs (typically 16 inches apart). Thing is sturdy and not going anywhere, didn’t make but the 4 holes required to mount it, used a drill to get it right in there. Just follow the instructions!I’m very happy with this purchase it’s exactly what I was looking for to place my Funkos on. I even used some filler boxes to show how many can fit. The lighting is just bonus!

Hardware is terrible and missing pieces
Read before you buy: This shelf is nice looking HOWEVER it is incredibly difficult to install and the hardware it comes with is absolutely terrible! Most of the pieces werenât the correct size nor sturdy enough to hold up the shelf and Iâm actually missing one of the pieces that holds up the glass shelf. Iâm hoping the company responds to my message about this and replaces the piece! We did not want to risk messing up the shelf or damaging our walls so we hired a professional to mount it for us. Even the professional said the pieces that the shelf came with were awfulâseveral of the hardware broke while he was installing it and the screws got completely stripped. Today, my husband went and bought completely new anchors, screws, and materials to rehang it just because itâs in our sonâs nursery and we donât want to risk it falling down. He took it down and rehung it up with the new hardware and now itâs anchored in nicely to the studs that are in the wall (yesâyou need to anchor it on studs otherwise it wonât be safe). Again, the shelf looks nice overall but the company really needs to upgrade the hardware to install this thing. It took the professional we hired 3 hours to assemble the shelf and hang itâand in the end, we had to take it down and rehang it with the new hardware to make it safer which took another 2 hours. Not an easy shelf to install at allâAnd itâs still missing the piece to support the glass shelf! 🙁
